2) Calgary has left a bad taste in the mouths of the Oilers this year
3) Flames can not blame the flu for missing the playoffs :)

As a die hard Oil fan, I like the position we are in for the Draft Lottery. Sorry Flames, but I will be looking for a Colorado victory up north tonight.
The Flames have done this to themselves, and should expect NO sympathy or help from the north. On paper, this team should have locked up a play-off spot before now. They have the talent that it takes.
Last nights game? By far, the best player again on the ice was Kipper. If not for him, Flames would have surely lost.
A team NEEDS great goaltending to get anywhere, but also NEEDS it's scoring talent to show up and play. Clearly, there are troubles with the offence on this team.
As a "Sportsman"; I wish them well.
As an "Oil fan"; ..........................
Time to start booking "Tee" times with Duffster.
