| How are we as men to know what a women wants ?
Posted: 12/26/2005 9:25:46 AM | Honestly these days...I feel that meeting someone is all too business like....I hear so many girls mention in their profiles that you got to do something on the first date that they can remember and do something thats not been done before and all this crap...what ever happened to not caring what it is your doing and just getting to know the person??
I hear so many gals sayin that when guys send them emails for the first time after seeing their profile they don't even pay any attention to the messages that say: "Hi there, I like your profile...you seem like a nice lady....." What the heck am I supposed to say? I'm just trying to make small talk to break the ice.....
What do I have to be?? an award winning novelist to have a chance contacting a girl these days??...Yea I can do what the players do and play into their hand and tell them a big made up bunch of crap just to have a shot at jumping their bones...but thats not who I am..and if girls would take a chance to get to know me they will see that I'm different.
The dating scene is much like the job market these days you will only have a chance at the position if your creative enough to bluff your way into the position. What ever happened to the days when you were accepted because of your personality and ability as a person...now its all based upon how well you can sell yourself in an interview/date.
I gave up all togather trying to figure out what its all about and decided that my profile is posted on this site and if a lady wants to chat with me let her contact me...because I'm tired of playing the game and wondering if I'm expressing myself correctly enough to be worthy of a responce or even a date.... | |

Posted: 12/26/2005 10:11:21 AM | Nothing like complicating things more then you need to...There's no way you're gonna know what anyone wants from the first few dates, but you talk enough and you'll get the feel for what type of person they are and what they want out of life. Some people are hard to read but that just means it'll take longer to figure them out. Just watch their eyes...you talk about something that excites them or something they like, their eyes will light up, as compared to you talking to them about a "touchy" subject. Eventually you'll know what they want and what they're looking for more then they do lol
For example...let's say you're walking by the girl and you grab her "azz" she's either gonna look at you and smile, or she's gonna give you "THE LOOK". I'm sure everyone knows "THE LOOK". Same with guys...you grab his "azz" and he'll either smile and be all over you or he'll go for beers with his buddies, and jump you when he gets back lol as long as you don't give him "THE LOOk" when he walks in the door. lol | |

There was no lecturing in my first post….I was truly confused about his question and thought he was new here and was just using all the wrong search criteria…when I did a profile search I came up with completely different profiles…I was trying to share some of the profiles I came up with...had no idea he’d take that as an insult to cutting and pasting and grammar. 
And instead of him saying “Woman, what the Hell are you talking about, because your post made absolutely no sense?”…. (And since I tend to post at 2:00 in the morning, he possibly would have had a valid point)….. I got accused of insulting him ….. Yeah this was a case of major confusion on both our parts run amuck….
And in your case, I was merely confused at the "office Bittch phrase".....LOL
And I wouldn't expect anyone to read through an entire reply, since one thing women actual want is a man who doesn’t’ stop reading after the third paragraph …….....Oh wait, this is 4 paragraphs long…you’ll never see this part….
Ok ST PAUL at this point I am just totally yanking your chain……so freakin truce already LOL in case there may be actual people reading this who really want an answer to the actual question asked by the POF....
