Posted: 6/5/2006 6:09:11 AM | | i think that body art is away to express ones self and if someone donsn't like it then look another way after all no one is forcing it upon you... for every girl that has a tatt or a percing there is a man with one to, find someone you like and leave the rest alone.. repect others the way you want to be repected and life will be just peachy... i have tatts because it tells a story about who i am and my life.. i do not care want any one thinks about it... i am beautiful weither you think so or not i know i have a good heart and a great mind and was bless in life with a great family and good friends... | |

And you also started a post about women who are scary because they're single and have no children. What you desire in a woman is your preference, but don't presume to call some woman trashy just because she has tattoos and/ or piercings. You might think a woman is only so-so looking, but someone else might think she is extremely attractive. It's a large world out there, and diversity is part of it. I happen to think that people who adorn their bodies are beautiful, but that is only my opinion. Then again, I also happen to think that proper grammar and eloquent language are a turn-on where as you don't appear to appreciate either one. | |

Again... few days ago, on Thanksgiving, i saw a big girl, with tattoo and piercing in her lips... Damn! Go to the gym! No, she decided to make tattoo and piercing...  May be I’m shallow , but I think that that girl doesn’t have brains at all.

Posted: 6/8/2006 9:16:34 AM | Seeing as I know a girl who has something like 25 peircings and 1 branding (y'know hot Iron pressed onto skin) and professional cutting and many tattoo's... It's not always about making yourself look better, it's more about "Hey, this is what I see as fun and enjoyable, so Fk you if you don't like it" It's like giving standardization (Spelling?) of women beauty, a big middle finger. It's nice to see something fresh and original instead of the typical teenie boppers we see out there who are trying to show as much skin as possible and wear 3'' of make up on their face. What it all comes down to is the porno industry (hear me out) Do you like bondage? No? Well there are people out there that do, it's just different strokes for different folks.

Posted: 10/5/2006 8:54:58 AM | I would have to agree, that tattoos definitely show -and bring to immediate attention- forms of insecurity.
Of course, there are exceptions like with everything... but I personally have yet to meet a girl or woman with tattoos that was 'all there' so to speak. From experience, every one of the girls has had some major issue with growing up, or otherwise, in their lives. The more tattoos and obscurely placed piercings, the more problems. Especially those who take pride in always expanding and having more, to the point of covering their body. Those are the ones with the such deep seeded issues, nothing will every be able to truely bring them "down to earth".
I must admit however, some tattoos are much more classy than others and depending on the girl and tattoo, it can be visually sexy. Wether they are worth long-term commitment with? I don't know, but again I've yet to meet anyone with a tattoo who hadn't been scarred in some way when younger, lost sombody like a parent, had bad family relationships... or otherwise had an addiction to: sex, drugs, alcohol, "love" or any combination of those.
If you are something once in your life... you'll unfortunately be that same person for the rest of your life in my point of view. Imagine a grandmother with huge tattoos, or your older wife.. a "classy" 40-50 something, with a giant childish tattoo? Have to be in pretty good shape to keep that up! haha | |

I, myslef have 13 piercings, and a lot on my face, and I don';t think I look trashy at all. Piercings and tattos have nothnig to do if you are trashy or not. It's how you take care of yourself. And , I really don;t care what people think of them, I got them because I wanted to. I didnt get them because I use to be an alcoholic or have troubles and issues when I grew up. Thats ovbiosuly a very stupid judgemental statement to make. I have one tattoo, on my hip, and am planning to get alot more. Also a guy with tattos, and piercings I find incredibly sexy. not all tho. Some, its just the way you take care of yourself. And I find guys without them sexy too. But who are you to say, someone is trashy because they have them? Ovbiosuly you are so insecure about yourself and grew up knowing that you can't be yourself and express yourself in the way you what too!!

When my kids leave to go to their dads, they always worried that I would forget about them. I had a tatoo made with their iniitals in it, and placed on my chest above my heart. That way I tell them, they are in my heart forever, wether at their dads house or mine. They love the idea!! It is hidden under my shirt and no one knows but my kids and I!

I love them i've been sick all my life this my way of saying hey i'm me and I love it. I'm not ugly but i'm not drop dead gerous either. Just me doing what I want and not what someone else wants, so there To each there own thank god because this would be a very boring world if we were all the same!!! And to all the men that want that perfect girl......get real what makes u think she wants you, and who knows once u get her she might b too high matience for u anyway  | |

I don't agree with this so so thing though because beauty is in the eye of the beholder and well, perhaps to some the girl you think is disgusting is actually a princess.

To each his/her own. Personally, I like belly piercings (on a flat belly) but do not like tattoos on women. I think someone said earlier that too many piercings and tattoos are an expression of the person toward other people or society. That is not for me to determine. I am just posting my opinion to the post. As a general rule, if you are a woman and have a tattoo I do not find it attractive....in fact I probably won't date a woman with one unless I REALLY liked her and it was tiny and discreet. It's ok if I we aren't right for each other for that reason. Too many tattoos get outright gross on a woman. It is a masculine addition to the female body. Just my opinion of course. I'm sure i might take some heat, but we are all allowed to voice our opinion. | |

If I see girls that have a lot of tattoo, I usually think that she is a trash.
I feel the same way when I see a guy like that...makes me wonder if he is a hells angel or a punk rocker or junkie... | |

I personally have 6 tattoos and 2 piercings but to look at me you would never know unless I told you or you were lucky enought to see me naked!! I have put alot of thought into each of my tattoos and they all have a special meaning. I believe that if someone does not want to date me because of them that is fine too...it goes back to... To each their own... but you will be missing out on one heck of a girl!!
Each tattoo I have was put there for me and to make me happy and noone else.
