Posted: 9/8/2007 7:37:08 PM | | Wow -- I'm feeling old for my age....oh, wait, I believe the word is mature. For the list of the more recent "sexiest men alive," I only know who about half of them are. For the rest, they are more what I could call "pretty boys" (and no, that is not at statement about their sexual preference). I'll admit that the post about Cary Grant caught my eye as did the mention of Sean Connery, Harry Hamlin, etc. Now for some real-life eye candy ladies, check out the TV show COPS. But the low-down for me is, the sexiest man I know is the one who's arm I'm on. Even if he's not exceptionally handsome, I think most women will come to find their chosen one the sexiest man they know. And it really is a great feeling to know that you are walking with the sexiest man alive (at least in your mind). Wondering if some of the guys out there can agree with the sentiment about women? | |

Heath Ledger - eh..kinda...he's a hottie alright, but he looks so baby-faced...I still wouldn't turn him down. ;)
Vince Vaughn: I think this is the most "normal" (as in a real person) sexy-guy on the list...
The rest, I dunno.....I'm so right there with ya on only being able to see the "Team America" marionette: "Matt Daaaay-munnnn!" any time I look at him...I only liked Viggo with the dark hair - he went blonde and ruined it for me.
For me: Angus McFadyen...insta-melt there...the accent, the passion in his eyes, the pretty dark hair....oh, and the accent... ;)
But still...the ultimate....John Cusack....always...forever...John Cusack. :)

I still remember the embarrassment I faced a few years back when I had to ask some women who was going on and on about Brad Pitt who the freak he was (answer: the guy who ripped off Thelma or Louise after she picked him up and banged him in a seedy motel room).
The whole People's Sexiest Men Alive thing lost its charm for me when I found out President Bush the 1st made the list some fifteen years ago (you can look it up).

Johny Depp has been HOT from the first time I viewed him on 21 Jump Street. Russel Crowe is getting some positive attention here deservedly. No one mentioned the humor in the Gladiator. I know comedy makes men sexy to me. Sam Elliot is a classic and has gotten sexier each year. That voice decedant. What happened to Hugh Jackman he desrves a mention.
In real life I have met 3 men who caused a physical reaction in me. They qualify as liquid sexy. Don't know why but they affected me. Chemistry. | |
