| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 12/25/2011 4:02:09 AM | | Actually I like to see women who take care of themselves. Muscular or just plain fit I find to be a turn on. On juice not so much. | |

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 12/25/2011 7:52:47 AM | To me, a woman who keeps herself in decent shape is a turn-on, but it's a case of diminishing returns: past the point of "decent shape" it becomes increasingly a turn-off. I'm not into "jock women," not so much because of their physical appearance but rather the tendency toward obsession - the nature of their priorities, which tend to revolve around working out.
I've heard the same complaint by women about men who spend much of their days running, lifting weights, cycling, etc. For some it's a bit of a monomania, displacing the normal ebb and flow of a relationship.

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 1/7/2012 5:37:08 PM | | I guess it's a trade off. I get limp when it comes to women that are "healthy" in the larger sense of the word. I'd prefer a muscular woman for sure. Depends how kinky you are I suppose. | |

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 1/9/2012 3:26:54 PM | | If we made it to the bedroom, the last thing I'm thinking about is how she has better abs than I do. I'm sturdy enough to "go with it". So, yeah. Women with muscle are a plus in my book. I'd wrestle an Amazon Woman any day. I may not look too good afterward but that's fine... I'll heal up. | |

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 1/14/2012 8:00:37 AM | "serious body builder women" are still women, for instance some may like flowers, perfumes, doors opened for them, etc etc, what ever the case they are still women in my book, and some are still real cuties.
to all women everywhere whatever your shape/size/color/DNA/culture/etc. *luv you all Muah Muah! don't change a thing and be happy!
Maybe the reason some guys don't like stronger women is they lose their feeling of dominance and definition -> "I lift heavy things there fore I am man"

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 2/13/2012 1:34:41 PM | | I personally prefer curvy to rock solid. A little padding is good.....fat not so much. If someone is spending 7 days a week at the gym.....I would pass. Taking care of yourself and exercising is one thing...obsessing is something else! | |

"Obsessing" is just a lazy person's word for what is actually dedication.
How a butt shapen by five hundreds ATG's a day can be off turning is beyong my imagination. I have more female crushes than male ones, and it's all about the butt! Google "Pauline Nordin" if you don't know what I'm on about.

That kind of physique is still pretty attractive, but I'd personally consider the perfect balance of athleticism and femininity to be someone like "Gina Carano". Slightly less sinewy and with a few more curves!

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 2/14/2012 5:10:40 AM | I thought this was about *muscular* chicks..?

That Carano bird looks like a slob and not a gladiator to me. I have a better definition than her (and I'm nowhere close to what I want to be, either)...

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 2/14/2012 6:49:11 AM | Gina Carano has actually been an MMA World Champion (and she is HOT!!), so hardly a 'slob'.
I don't think you can deny that she is toned and muscular, just not as ripped and veiny (which I prefer).

Yeah, well, Roy Nelson held a championship in MMA too, your point being?
Yes, I deny her being toned, with that bodyfat, I hear when she's not training, she gets to 190lb, way to go, slob! Whether she's hot or not, that's subjective. Bodyfat percentage on the other hand is not.
Kathleen Tesori, Jamie Eason, Jennifer Chapman, Felicia Romero... Those are well toned and muscular. Anything above (as in: you can't tell whether it's a female or a dude in a bikini) is overboard, though.

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 2/14/2012 7:23:41 AM | | Masculine women? That is truly up to the man or woman involved. Me personally if I found the woman attractive mass or not I'd still date her. There is nothing wrong with women being muscular and that just just shows how far society has come that women can be respected as equals even in the weight room. Sure they maybe more defined than most women but they deserve to be loved just like anybody. | |

Neither Roy Nelson nor Gina Carano can be correctly defined as 'slobs' because they are not "lazy or slovenly". They are both highly trained and conditioned athletes, regardless of whether their bodyfat index is in the single digits or not.
In terms of appearance, Gina Carano may not be 'ripped' or 'jacked', but she is clearly 'toned' (her muscles are well-developed and clearly defined and she certainly isn't 'flabby', she has visible abs!) and athletically built and therefore is a perfectly valid example of falling under the category of 'muscular' in my view.
She doesn't by any means represent the extreme of a muscular woman, but I was offering up my own personal ideal balance of muscles/curves - and that's where it is.
Bodyfat percentage may not be subjective, but whether it is a defining criteria of 'muscular' categorisation in this discussion is subjective.

| Muscular women... Turn-on or off? Posted: 2/14/2012 7:58:02 AM | I think the context of this thread is a bit ambiguous. I like my women muscular and lean in the context of somebody like Jennifer Anniston....not WWE wrestler Chyna.
I'm sure I can think of some other hot "muscular" women AKA fit and lean.....somebody like Nikki Whelan for example. She's hot.
