One, but for some odd reason I always sleep on my couch.

Nothing.Floor.

North
Mostly sleep on what part of your body?
Back and sides I think.
Usual bedtime?
12-2am off season (work)
10-1030 pm (inseason)
Usual wake time?
5 am in-season work
offseason from work anywhere from 7 am-noon.
Alarm music or beeping?
When I use it, it is not a beeping or music...old fashion clock that rings loud enough to wake the dead.

Last night yes. But not often.

No. Living room. Computer and stereo are in the bedroom.

Morning as soon as I wake up and after work. (or) before and after gym.
