One Friday night, a group of us got into D’s car and headed for a Teens’ social night in a church basement. There were some couples dancing, but most of the couples were sitting at little tables, each with a candle-light burning away. I was making small talk and barely noticed that the room kept getting dimmer. All of a sudden, the room got a little more dark … and … yes -- there it went again. I asked her a question, … but she didn’t answer me right away. I was puzzled as to why she was glowering at me. Even in the ever-darker state of the room, I could make that out. Then, when she couldn’t stand it any longer – she blew our candle out – and hissed at me under her breath: “Are you blind!! You’re embarrassing me!!” And with that she moved closer to me, put a hand behind my neck and kissed me – a good long one. By now my eyes were adjusting to the darkening room and I could make out dozens of shadowy profiles – no one was dancing now and at each table there was a couple silently and seriously necking like there was no tomorrow. (There was supposed to be a chaperone there – he must have gone outside for a smoke.) I was a few weeks shy of my sixteenth birthday, and she had recently turned thirteen. | |

I was in 7th grade and it was my best friends step brother, Mike who had a crush on me...don't remember how it happened but I remember i didn't particularly like it...was kinda like kissing a puppy, with braces

On the way back in the back seat, he leaned over and layed one on me...yes I still remember it ver well even today. My first real kiss where I wanted it, was when I was in 5th grade and he was in 6th. We went to a summer kids program together and all summer we had both liked each other but both played hard to get, finally on the last day of the day camp, we were sitting on top of this log cabin monkey bar thingy and he looked at me and said.."I have to do this now" and he leaned over and kissed me. I didn't know what to say or do, neither did he...we were both kind of silent, climbed down off the cabin, walked through the park holding hands and then said good bye....nothing ever came out of it, but that summer was worth remembering because of him. Now, the first french kiss...that came in 6th grade with a guy who was in 8th grade...gorgeous guy...his younger brother and I were friends and he told his brother that I had never been french kissed...I think he would have done it himself , but he knew I was into his older brother, so one day when I came down to their house, his brother grabbed me by the hand, pulled me behind the corner of the house, pressed me against the house and layed one on me...it all happened so fast, my legs bout fell out from in under me...I was speechless and in awe....lol | |

An older guy from my same High School...who had a crush on me offered to walk with me home. We got close to my house...and then BAM!!! We both looked at each other and ended pushed up against my neighbours garage door kissing like crazy people.
Very passionate...very spontaneous...it actually was nice...we dated a little afterwards...but like all puppy love...it just didnt last:) | |

Posted: 4/10/2006 6:05:07 PM | I used to get caught on purpose during kissing tag in elementary school, the trick was making it seem like the girls actually caught you, then the excitement was still in play! It's funny how that still seems relevant in the games we play today...
My first planned kiss was awkward, I was 12 and I had been worrying about it for two days in advance, imagining how it would play out, how to begin, what to say, what side to kiss on, etc....
When it came time I felt like I was doing it wrong and asked her to leave...crazy. But from that, now I take pride in being a great kisser, and want it to be an awesome experience for us both. I think it takes spontaneous adaptation, desire, and communication. And for me, SOFT LIPS! | |

I remember driving around with him and friends after that they dropped me off at home, about half an hour later he was at my door. My knees were wobbly, my heart was racing.
