I down 400 ml of yoghurt, have 2-3 slices of whole wheat bread, and a protein shake spread out between 7:30am to noon....what is the point of this thread?

A burrito, chocolate cake ... left overs from a birthday party I had last night ... why don't people take stuff home when you tell them to. No, I do not have any willpower ... hmmmmm, is it lunch time yet? I think the cake's calling me again ....
