I find it odd that men who are surrounded by millions of single women here find a need to contact women in Russia or Africa, who because of extreme poverty, or deplorable social conditions want a better life, sometimes even including "submissive" in their profiles. I saw a movie about this, and it portrayed the two Americans looking for wives in Russia as hillbillies that any women in their own country would avoid like a dead skunk. Does this mean that our liberated sisters in North America are a little too independent to put up with being abused or controlled by men who want a submissive wife, I think there's a lot more going on than meets the eye. | |

They just go in the bin when I get them !
I must admit, I thought that some of them were looking for an eady way into the country by marying a UK man...

Posted: 6/7/2006 2:07:00 PM | It's not just Russia but also Nigeria, China, Fillipines, Vietnam, Italy... and the list goes on, the same for women as men. I can't imagine why you guys(and galls) need to look for women (or men) in other countries when there are so many beautiful and intelligent people right here, you just have to find them. It takes some searching and patience but
you will find the special one. Don't get fooled by the declarations of love, they just want visas to this country. I came to this country in my own (I too lived in Russia and in Poland), worked many jobs before starting my own business and made it here through the school of hard knocks, left a good career behind and struggled with new language and culture but did it without sugar daddy so if they want the same, they should try on their own. If they just wanted love, they would find it in their own countries. They just want an

She said she was imprisioned in a camp and not allowed to access $3.7 million of her father's money and I had to transfer it through my account. I replied by saying that I had wonderful news!!! My uncle is a high ranking officer in the Canadian military and that within 3 days, he would pinpoint thier location by IP address and they would liberate the camp and bring the nasty captors to justice!!! P.S. When you hear the snipers, DUCK!!! | |

Cuz there was something about the E-Mail (That he refused to let me read) that rang a bell with him. If anything she fell into his trap cuz once he realised that she was a scammer, he sent back a message saying I'm onto your scam.
It's just sad that they take advantage of lonely people. | |

Anyway, she wanted my address so she could send me a check to have me cash it and wire her the money. The whole thing was odd, so I asked her why she couldn't contact the US Embassy and have them help her. When she said they wouldn't see her even though she was a US citizen stuck in another country, I got even more curious. Besides, wouldn't the company who she models for take her back here?? LOL
I feel bad for the guys who really fall for this. I can only imagine how much money they actually lose. I only lost time reading the e-mails. | |

OMG...no matter how many times I hear (and I've heard it a lot) about suckers falling for mail order bride scams...it jsut always cracks me up!!!!
My god what kind of lame brain do you have to be to fall for that and send them $$$...or take them seriously at all?

I met 2 ladies from a foreign site I was on a few years ago, who I still corespond with regularly.
After being out of the dating loop for 22 years, I was shocked so to speak at the attitudes of the first 3 NA Ladies I met through the internet, vindictive, bitter and men hating said it all. Now with hindsight, I realize I was looking for the wrong type, on the wrong sites.
Never the less I started to think this was the attitude of most NA woman. Was completely wrong I know now, it was my own lack of skill in being able to read the profiles better and write my own properly that drew the wrong type to me.
There were a lot of scammers on the foreign sites, but did meet 2 very nice ladies . 1 has since married a New Zealander. They are quite happy and I still correspond with both her and her husband. The scammers are quite easyto spot usually.
You know, there are scammers here and North Americans are just as bad. Almost every Lady I have talked to has at some time had some married man/ liar about job/ etc, contact them, thank you. | |

Once again refer to the whole "Treat your man like you treat your dog" attitude that American women trash rags are absoloutely reeking with.
Russian women arent submissive. They just don't treat their men like dirt. The fifty percet of American wives who are happily married dont treat their men like dirt either and don't regard these Russian brides as a threat either.
The only women who do see them as a threat are the man bashers that any real men would avoid like a dead skunk. Those women who dont deserve a man. Not even the kind of man that all other women would avoid "like a dead skunk".
