Nothing in particular is an instant turnoff...
It's more of a combination of multiple characteristics which would turn me off...as I would need to first be turned on, in which case...instant "no thank you's" don't apply...
Knowing this...I would likely know the girl well...and the combination of bad habits, etc...things that sneak out over time...would be:
1) She's crazy...
2) Overly violent
3) Lazy
Mostly attributes you cannot determine "instantly" so yea...no instant turn offs for me...
So I guess I've contributed nothing to this thread...
