| Why is this Cop legally stalking Me! Posted: 12/17/2005 3:57:53 PM | Okay first of all and most importantly I would like to say this:
I do have respect for police officers/constables. By all means they don't have an easy job to say in the least. Alot of them do take their job seriously and are a gem to society. Without them we would be in a state of choas!
What bothers me the most is that I was taught to trust police officers and now that theory to me has gone out the window! This person has blatantly lied to me and has used his badge inapporpriately.
Maybe my property has sendimental value to him!!!! But at any rate it should not. All I ask for ishim to be a man and tell me where my property is and to stop harassing me!

| Why is this Cop legally stalking Me! Posted: 12/17/2005 4:00:18 PM | | 10b....this was infact suggested to me by a lawyer. Since he patrols the area in front of my house. Hmmm....intersting isn't it......I could go into the reason behind that but your smart enough to figure it out! | |

Collect all information you have from him (e-mails, phone conversations, etc) and from his co-workers, take it to a lawyer and take out a peace bond. If he breaks it, take him to court. Don't call him or contact him in any way. Do it through a lawyer.

| Why is this Cop legally stalking Me! Posted: 12/17/2005 4:14:15 PM | | HeyJ....I have not contacted him since he told me that my property was stolen......nor do I ever intend to.....this guy is a real piece of work! | |

| Why is this Cop legally stalking Me! Posted: 12/17/2005 4:27:01 PM | Which, that would never cross my mind! I am a law-abiding citizen and do not randomly go to other people houses without their permission and take back what belongs to me!
1) prove the property is yours to the local Sheriff. 2) Go with the Sherrif to his house, get property..and leave.
Listen to Hey Jude..n Torkidon.
P.S. IS this property worth being interlocked with him over?

| Why is this Cop legally stalking Me! Posted: 12/17/2005 4:40:20 PM | What exactly is this property that you won't name?
You only knew him for a short time, how did he get something of yours?
I dunno, something on your end smells funny. Call me cynical or a **** or whatever but I mean you changed your name on here to his initials (I'm assuming that's what AR in the AR leave me alone means) and you're posting on a public forum about this guy and saying some stuff that well gives the hint that maybe you got jilted and are not so happy about it.
I could be totally wrong I'm just telling you what I see. Alot of cops get this huge superiority complex cause of the uniform and have the worst attitudes and egos so I'm not saying that what he's doing (if he's doing it) is right.
Do what the one person said about logging everything and talking to legal aid. Don't take it into your own hands. You're dealing with a cop, it's all of them against you. You won't win unless you have your facts straight and recorded.

Yeah, what was the property......there just seems to be so many holes in this story, and it's rather unclear.

| Why is this Cop legally stalking Me! Posted: 12/17/2005 4:48:23 PM | Why don't you just, um, let sleeping dogs lie?
He's so clever that you don't see him and he doesn't leave a trail... sounds like he's really disrupting your life a lot over there...
You're looking for trouble. Wow, he lied on a dating site... that's a new one. Wow, he drives past your house in the course of his work, looks at your picture when you post it on public websites and swaps your hotmail address with guys like a high school playa wannabe. Who gives a ****? Give up on your property, leave it alone and let him get bored of you.
Quite honestly, you come across more scary/freaky than he does... quit obsessing over the guy and what he does and get on with your life. The worst thing that could possibly happen for you is to achieve your goals and make this guy lose his job. What do you think he's going to do then, when he feels he's got justification for retaliation and nothing left to lose? Grow up.

Both of my parents are cops - something can be done should she choose to pursue it. Inspectors on the police force don't take too kindly to one of their subordinates being a stalker or harassing a female.

That way you will have irreputabe proof you can bring to the police review board, internal affairs, the chief of police and/or the district attorney's office (or the crown's office - depending on whether or not you live in the States or in Canada)

If you can't get access to a lawyer go to top of the police dept he is associated with and/or your local politician. A newspaper may be interested in your frustration to get it stoped also.
If he approaches you in a public place in a very loud voice to be over heard tell him to leave you alone and stop stalking you.
If you have a thing for cops date a superior of his not just another cop.

All of her posts were of the same tone, and come on, if you are trying to stay on the down low, you don't go ranting all over town (or the world wide web) about it, now do you? Something's rotten in denmark, and I think its' the OP.
