Posted: 4/4/2006 1:25:39 AM | im 5'8" and usually try to find someone about my height or shorter -but i dont have any preferences, as long as we get along. i have even noticed taller women flirting with me more than shorter ones. i have dated a quite few women a couple inches taller, i was captivated -im not sure if i was turned on by their beauty or them being taller. one girl i met (we met while in our cars) and talked for a while. i thought she was the cutest thing. we decided to go somewhere for coffee. when she got out of her car, she was much taller than me, but her long legs looked so hot, we went out a few times, and hung around together, the height issue never came up.
the thing i wonder is why the shortest women are looking for the tallest guys. some even have notations on their profile as to height requirements. (why) | |

Sometimes said ideal guy may be chasing someone far smaller than he.
Why? I will never know.
(i keep thinking blow job proximity, but that assumption is wrong, OR is it?

Best thing for a tall girl, date/go steady/etc. with a man who will
respect and adore you and will go out of his way to make you
feel like his queen and consort. Imagine having your very own knight
and champion.
So what if he is shorter than you. As long as he makes you feel loved.
Faithfulnees, loyalty and truth are the qualities that should be taken into
account. Sure, if you find that in a taller man, you get to have your cake and
eat it. Otherwise, the above 3 quailities should be weighed in.
Believe me I am 5'10" and I truly adore the taller women.
There is something just awesome about them.
Everytime I talk them, I look at them with a dreamy like state

SOme men actually adore the goddess/valkyrie type of gals.
It has nothing to do with curiousity but of love/lust.
Some men want a puny damsel in distress,
Some want a person who can be their equal or their
compliment (like the chinese yin yang) to complete them.
When I went to the theatre and dinner, and everywhere else
with my girlfriend who was taller than me, I did not feel intimidated.
On the contrary, I felt like a dreamy eyed man on cloud nine.

I just loved the way she would cradle my head and forced her
long tongue down my mouth. Or when we would hold hands.
Every moment spent with her was joy. My heart would pound as though
my rib cage would shatter. In my eye, she could do no wrong.
I was too forgiving, even when her big feet would accidently step on mine.
She was loved and adored.
Unfortunately, I lost her due to her having a weak heart.

Being 6'6" I find it difficult myself to find a tall woman. The tallest I've ever dated was probably about 6 foot, but then again, it is very difficult to find a tall woman that is physically fit (sorry BBW's...it all goes back to what I find attractive) along with a personality and sense of humor that is compatable to me.
Also I have found that the shorter women seem to be more outgoing and aggressive than their taller sisters ( this may go back to the whole "awkward" growing up stage that most tall people experience). I have had a ton of shorter women approach me, but can't remember a single taller woman initiating a conversation. | |
