Sigh. I'm a male (last time I checked) and I don't care if a woman is tall, short or somehere in-between. Even if I did, there are just too many other things to care about that are much more important.

so to the topic, I've noticed that a lot of guys lately seem to stop at 5'8 - 5'10 around my town. I'm 5'5 AND 1/2" and wear the big girl shoes frequently 2"-4" heels, so I end up topping some of my dates, plus with all my hair, I feel like I'm 6 foot sometimes. If only I could jump! (bad pun intended!)
I'll never give up my sexy heels so my guys better grow an inch or two! I've always enjoyed dating men 5'10 and taller. One of my favorite guys years ago was 6'4! We managed to overcome the height difference easily. I like being with a tall guy because it goes back to the security issue. I like a guy who is tall, broad shouldered and strong arms to protect me against the evils of the world. I also like leaning back, looking UP into his eyes as I bends down to kiss me... slipping into fantasy dreamland again : )
OK, back to reality... I think it is the same basic instinct for men, however, I am certain I hold little or no appeal for basketball players and most football players as I don't have enough substance to balance them. All of my tall women friends have dated and/or married tall, large men. The same with very petite men and women. They tend to pair up easily because of similar logic.
