I only reminded you of being a christian since you wrote about it three times in your profile - particularly in reference to your good work in helping other. Hence, I was somewhat surprised to read your rather negative comment which came across as both contradictory and uncharitable, though I'm sure you did not intend it that way. it was a gentle recall to the duty we all have to try and be kind to each other.

Posted: 1/12/2009 1:10:12 PM | Well I personally wouldn't be comfortable dating a woman taller than I am, but that is just me. Everyone has their own opinions on this one and mine is that past 6 ft 1 or so, it's just a bit too much, although I LOVE it. No heels is the main reason.
Who knows, though. Maybe I could wear heels too.
I just don't like them to be taller than me. Just a hair shorter and I am set.

In everyday life, at least from what I see, there is hardly any tall women around, lol. Heck, I'm pretty much the tallest person everywhere in go in public and I'm not really THAT tall (6'3"), so it's certainly exceptionally rare for me to see a woman even close to my height. That being said, if she's beautiful, she's beautiful, the height won't matter. And it has to be said I absolutely love women in heels, so knock yourself out ladies, no matter how tall you are :) | |

My problem is, every time I come across a tall chic, she rejects any guy who is not tall as or taller than her.
You just haven't met the right tall chic. I can't imagine not being with my fiance because he is two inches shorter.
In all honesty...there was a point where I was hesitant about dating someone shorter than me because of a previous relationship where the guy made me feel uncomfortable about my height. Ultimately that was my issue, because I allowed him to make me feel that way. | |

I guess I just take it as a "grain of salt" and I am so comfortable with my height ....It took me a long time to get here .. but I look as it as being tall is a gift... also my friends like that I am tall too!! Who else gets the things up in the cabinet or on the top shelves. I'm just blessed! Sometimes I think that I would like to shorter.. but I think I 'd rather be taller. There is MORE advantages to being tall.. lol
So... I guess I can say that those guys who have a problem with tall girls can go suck eggs ... they are missing out. THEIR LOSS !!!
