Mexican women are usually really short! I dated a Salvadorian girl(I know not Mexico but close) and she was 4'9.
Also Latin ladies are very feminine. Far more-so than American and Canadian girls. Sure they may do other crazy things more often but say it's worth it in the end. | |

Some men find tall women really attractive. I'm sure there are statistics, and a smaller percentage of men who want a tall lady. However, it's no reason to start believing that all men feel that way.
My sister is really tall, and she found a taller guy who loves her more than anything. You can find a guy like that, too.

i am one of those guys. i am 5'7", which is considered "tall" from an asian guy of my age, and i prefer women who are 5'9" and above. heck, i can imagine how fun it would be for me to date a woman who is 6'3" like one of my favorite female athletes. | |

I've also met some short guys (5'5") who adore 6' women.
The intimidation thing is a point, though. Guys love that protective feeling that they have when the girl is shorter than them. So in general, they prefer girls who are shorter than them. But it won't stop them dating a woman they think is drop-dead gorgeous. Uma Thurman could pick almost any man in the UK and he'd go out with her in a heartbeat. | |

Posted: 11/16/2009 2:03:46 PM | Well, since women being picky creatures that they are  tend to use height as an overeasy refusal line, more often than not 'just because', all men learn prety fast to stop asking even thoguh they can easily find a taller woman insanely attactive - saves the time and grief and we are all adversity adverse creatures  That fact of life also means that tall guys have quite a larger choice and being just guys like all others they also tend to fall flla women that don't look like they are going to give them much trouble, except the good trouble of course 
So, the only thing I can reasonably say to a tall women complaining that she can't get a man "by the spec" is - start a social movement to convince other women to just stop insisting on that irrational "2 in taller" (copy the methods of anti-fur-coat movement  ) and in just a few years you'll see a big change - not to mention becoming planetary celebrity, experiencing both personal growth and financial one and saving a ton on not buying high heels which are unhealthy anyway  | |

As such, it is the tall women with the problem. How could tall guys be intimidated if short ones aren't? Your personality, manner of dress, or something, is possibly getting in the way. Then, too, maybe the tall guys like being something special to a short woman, rather than just average to a tall woman. It doesn't matter why tall guys shun you, unless you are only interested in tall guys. If you, then, are allowed your preferences, and prejudices, so are the tall guys allowed theirs.
