I think that a lot of women just don't think it's all that complicated... a penis is a tube of flesh with a whole on the end. I think these days most women accept that giving oral is just part of sex. Their previous boyfriends are happy to get it so are lavish with the praise. Most of my last few partners told me they "loved to do it" (an exaggeration) and their old lovers told them that they were really talented (but were apparently lying).
