I would only fake it with someone I wasn't planning on having an ongoing relationship with and if it just wasn't working for me after a long time. I have faked exactly 2 times, mostly cause I couldnt take anymore and didn't want to hurt his feelings (some guys take your not climaxing pretty badly). In a relationship situation faking is stupid, because you are just telling him that you like what he is doing (even if you aren't), and he will probably do that more often, which = fewer orgasms in the future.
Best way to tell is if she gets flushed, if you feel her body stiffen a bit, and she will likely feel wetter. | |

Ok, I can usually tell when a woman orgasms by her vagina muscle...
It's not the same with all women Im guessing, but there's been a few that I've been with that flex their muscle when they orgasm and quiver at the same time....
Sometimes you can tell by how wet they get, especially if you get the "motherload!"
