i think they went out of style right after as a more conservitive style has happened now, at least where i live girls who have sex like this as a game are now seen as skanks and concidered dirty and full of dieases.
this was more of a media craze from a small group of kids actually doing it, and that made it something risky for girls to do like wearing the pants that say slut on the back, probably they arnt doing it but just showing it so they look older and cooler. | |

They apparently were going to kids homes where no parents were at routinely and having these parties 1-3 times a week without anyone the wiser. Finally a teacher either found a note or overheard the sex talk and the planned party. This started the unraveling of their gatherings and lead to a news item which shocked most anyone who heard it. There have been discussions of the girls lining the boys up for oral sex in the bathrooms and in the stairwells, again at shockingly young ages. I can only say I try and talk to my son at every occasion but he gets throroughly embarassed hen we do talk and starts saying "shut up" dad. Anyone else have this problem. | |

Posted: 4/15/2007 11:59:38 PM | Thank God my daughter and son still talk to me. She is 16 and he is 15. I know that he is not a virgin. She still is. She knows that I will get her on the pill if she needs to be. I have a supply of condoms in the bathroom. They have both been told that I may not be happy about them (him) using the condoms - but they are cheaper than having a baby or paying child support. She and her boyfriend are both born-again Christians and have made a pact with the church and God that they are going to remain virgins until they marry.
But, she just came up to me in bed tonight and told me many shocking things that her friends are talking about. She and the boyfriend never go to parties with their friends. Last night (Saturday), several of her friends got caught having an orgy at one of the houses. They convinced the mother not to call the other parents. Promised her that they will never do it again. Now I will have to somehow figure out a way to talk to that mother (who I don't know very well) and get her to call the other parents. Otherwise I will have to do something anonymously. These kids who are involved are all considered to be from good homes.
Where do they get these ideas? Well, I know where. But I never would have ever considered something like that at that age. Heck! I was a virgin till 20. | |

OH....... MY ..... GOD.....
First of all, what type of a person whoud report to the NEWS that their kids were having intercourse? That story is absolutly preposperous. It wouldn't happen. Period.
It's a slow news day Urban Legend .. and now for the shocking news that your teenager MAY be having sex.. no not just sex.. but ORGIES!!!!!
Secondly.. do only kids from BAD homes have sex?
Everyone has sex. From all walks of life. Good and bad. It's sex. It feels good, and there are hormones at play.
It's good to see your daughter and her boyfriend have taken Christian vows though.. perhaps you should think about the same.. learning about Christian beliefs and then following them would make you much happier.
A couple of the the teaching of Christ off the top of my head which suit ths situation.

I am sorry, but I have never heard of this in any capacity here - either from the teens I know very well in the area, from their parents, from the school council or board. And I have never seen a girl wearing the things.
Seriously, if girls are "lining up boys in the bathroom" and performing oral sex on them, do yo not think someone at the school would know? My 10 year old has to go to the school bathroom in pairs still, and there is NO way a fifth grader is doing this.

They were banned and it was on the news over and over again. I have never heard of girls younger than grade 7 lining them up in the girl's washroom, but I have heard of a grade 7 girl as well as a grade 8 girl performing sexual oral favours. It's unbelievable what goes on in the high schools. My daughter has told me some unbelievable stories about what happens. Mostly at parties though. | |

My daughter has a whole bunch from Claires in pink - because theyare pretty and fun. I wore themin the 80's. Ricky Schroder wore a cool black one on Silver Spoons.
Every site and forum I saw online tonight was filled with kids laughing about the sheer stupidity of it all - and not one said it was true.
EVERYONE has "heard" something, but no one actually has done it. That it what an urban legend is.
By the way, the cousin of a friend of my friend was found in a bathtub of ice just across the border last year....one of his kidneys had been removed...seriously! Everyone has heard about it... | |

It seems one teacher was out sick and another was to cover the class but had a pep rally or something to attend and didn't cover the class. This was indeed all over the news and I tried to link the story from the Newspaper to no avail. I did try and search for the info but I got freaked out when you have to type in teenage sex parties, middle school sex. I didn't want the government thinking I was a pedophile so I stopped . It just got too weird. | |

Worry about real problems like kids who do not get the mental health care they need and then murder 32 people and then himself. Those are real problems - sex bracelets are a myth perpectuated by threads like this, by parents and kids who have "heard" of it, but have no proof to argue it is a widespread problem or even know anyone who has actually participated in it.
I don't know why her being a dancer or going to church has anything to do with this.

I remember getting a notice about this home...made me almost hurl. Then i read in the paper about kids being suspended for giving BJS on the back of the school bus as other kids cheered them on.

I am not calling you a liar, but am curious to read what happened as children can, to my knowledge, be prohibited from taking a school bus if they participate in violent actions or actions that could cause harm to themselves or others, but cannot be suspended from school for those actions.
I did find one obscure document on school bus suspension reasons in the US, and "sexual gratification" was listed, but so was murder, rape and bringing a firearm on the bus.
