| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/29/2005 11:31:45 PM | At home....playing shadow puppets on the wall....talking online...and wondering why I'm not drunk yet on this cheap beer I bought? | |

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/29/2005 11:54:47 PM | The last time I spent New Years without a girlfriend or without a date, I was 21 and living in Toronto. I bar hopped around Yorkville and went to see the show at Nathan Phillips Square.
Funny how life repeats itself .... this year I am without a date or girlfriend and the plans are for the Duke of Gloucester (a bar that I haven't been to in 12 years) and then walkin to Nathan Phillips Square.

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/30/2005 7:07:57 AM | I haven't been out for New Years since 2000....at least that's the last one I remember. lol It sticks out in my mind because I remember spending 300 dollars on an outfit and 50 dollars for the ticket, only to get there and find out the "party favors" were peanuts and condoms! I guess the slogon was "bring the new year in with a bang"! lol Needless to say a big waste of money.....
This year I'm heading to a New Years Open House party, a friend won 2 mill this year and just built a new home. Hoping some of his good luck will rub off on me! :)

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/30/2005 7:39:40 AM | As pathetic as this sounds, I'm probably spending New Years at home, renting a couple of sappy movies and wait for the ball to drop at mid-night. I am invited to a couple of places but who wants to go to a singles dance and either be kissing strangers at mid-night or standing there by yourself...does not sound like fun. On the other hand, a friend of mine invited over to her party but they are turning the clock back to 10:00 for the kids (mine are with my ex) so that the kiddies to celebrate New Years while they're awake and she said everything will probably be over by mid-night ..... is that fun? Oh well, I can handle being on my own if those are my choices :) ... I wish everyone here a successful and Happy 2006! | |

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/30/2005 9:00:58 PM | Nothing. I'm staying home with my cat. Am I the only one here who hates to stand alone at the stroke of midnight when everyone else has someone to kiss? It's as bad as being the only dateless person at my xmas party when a slow song came on. Watching all the other couples dance....well suffice it to say they played too damn many slow songs. | |

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/30/2005 10:32:43 PM | Worst comes to worst....I'll probably go out and have a dinner alone, go see a flick...and then roll my window down to tell everyone to "Shaddup!" with their happy New year drunken states while kissing other people.
I'll be the one honking the horn out of furstration and not to ring in the new year.

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/31/2005 1:24:15 PM | I was going to head to Victoria Park in London for the free Pursuit of Happiness concert, but I don't think I will go. I have gone to the concerts for the past 3 years but this year my mindset is rather subdued. I guess I got a bit depressed seeing so many hundreds of couples there partying and having a good time. I have never been to a New Year's eve party in my life and why change my perfect record huh? LOL Happy New Year's to all of you on POF | |

| So what you doing for New Years Eve?? Posted: 12/31/2005 1:36:52 PM | I'll probably spend the evening working on some leaky plumbing.
I had planned on being with my ex but she Royaly shafted me yesterday.
Soooo. Plumbing looks good to me. More shapely than she is!
