Who gave You the right to be judge, jury and executioner?

Religion is a business, sprituality is free. IMO.

Make a list of all the places that you kept these papers
search each and every place
then think again, and count to ten
did you search the places which were close but may be hidden
like behind the back of a drawer?
keep on searching and you will find them evermore

I know he is here, for..... we are part of him. The hardest thing for most of us to do is quiet our minds, ask the question......then listen for the answer.

For the majority have been taught, that he is seperate from us. What if we were to look at things differently......try it.

I believe in everything there has to be a femmine to balance out the masculin, a negative to the positive, the yin to the yang, ....... For me the Goddess is (mothernature) and deserves as much respect and honoring as God. Just my Pagan 2 cents !

My Goddess you're smart, Smoochie.

I hope you are doing well these days.

Oh by the way, I guess I'd ask God:

1. What She/He really thinks about our killing other creatures for food?

2. What He/she thinks about sex and if She/He the rules of morality surrounding the does and don't are really supposed to be different for men and women?

3. Why He/She allowed Satan to give us Ice Cream and Chocolate?

4. Why She/He doesn't just eliminate evil once and for all (removing our ability to choose it because evil never was a good thing and never perhaps choosing evil shouldn't have been an opition, for us, in the first place)?

Some really good answers Tim.

I'm not sure if Satan gave us ice cream and chocolate for me it seems to be sent from heaven but like everything, moderation is the key to enjoying such things !

? How can the rules of morality not be the same for women as it is for men ? Don't give me the "Gotta plant and spread the seed". The world is already overpopulated maybe it is time to abandon that idea ! Also if the rules for men are different than they are for women, then corrupting them, would be against the moral issue. It's kind of like a catch 22 !

I prefer the Universal Law of " Do as ye shall and harm none "

Hope you are well my friend.
Cheers,
Smoochie

I don't agree with you at all this time about the ice cream and chocolate, lol. The Creation gives us the temptation and the Creator hopefully gives us some self control over the creation's creations, I think, lol.

How can the rules of morality not be the same for women as it is for men?

I'm not sure, that’s why I would like the chance ask our Creator. But I never gave anyone the "Gotta plant and spread the seed" our Creator gave us that with testosterone surges, something most men get in ample abundance. Our Creator gives men the desire to spread and plant our seed constantly. Scientific studies have revealed that these surges happen about every 45 seconds among males. As far as I know women do not get testosterone surges that compare to what our Creator gives men.

However, I was originally referring to the inequities mentioned in the Bible (see Matthew below). To me, the Bible including the words attributed to Jesus are clearly pointed toward the damnation of men for the sin of lusting toward women. If you read this passage you will find that women are not condemned for anything, they are not even mentioned except as victims of male lust. That was the unequal treatment I was referring to.

Matthew 5:27-32 (KJV)

27Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

28But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

29And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

31It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

32But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

Don't give me the "Gotta plant and spread the seed". The world is already overpopulated maybe it is time to abandon that idea !

Likewise America is already well fed enough, maybe it's time to abandon the idea of unhealthy pleasure oriented eating as well? But it’s not that easy is it?

I like the Universal Law of "Do as ye shall and harm none" too, Smoochie. Not very different from the major message of Jesus which is unconditional love, for all, even for our enemies. Do you know if "Do as ye shall and harm none" specifically includes, no harm to others even if they do harm to you first? Is the basis of this universal law closer to "an eye an eye", when harmed by another first or “turn the other cheek“? I just wonder if it is to be taken literally with no exception of harming others, like the turn the other cheek concept of Jesus?

Hope you are well too, my wise and attractive friend.

I would say that the Universal Law is different for everyone. I know through my experience that I had to lash out physically to save my own life. For me I didn't think twice about it. I think it boils down to the fact that we as humans are animals. An animal that is attacked is going to save his own hide when being lashed out at. The Universal law does say "Do as ye shall " it doesn't limit your actions or tell you what to do, it provides Free will. Everyone knows in their heart what is good or bad, if you don't then you have some major mental issues. There have been seriel killers who have not been caught for years finally they resurface, eventually they set themselves up to be caught. They want to be caught to put them out of the mental anguish they suffer from. Not all but some do have a conscience. Do I regret lashing out to protect myself and to bring my perpitrators down, absolutely NOT. I haven't felt one ounce of guilt. I could discuss what went down for hours and I would never feel any guilt. I saved my life and it is my life to save. Now if someone lashes out at me through speech or vindictive gossip, I step back and honor the Goddess Morrigan she stands for justice and I know her energy will accomplish Justice. I don't ask for anything I leave it in her hands to see fit. Many people that are wiccan request or even demand that an aspect of God or the Goddess do something vindictive for them. I don't I give it back to the universe to handle the situation. When I speak of a particular God or Goddess I want you to understand that I am only tapping into the energy of that mythological aspect of the One God/Goddess. Hope that answered your question but I think you already know the answer.
Bright Blessings my Friend
