... because the people who give smartalecky retorts know that I'm either way too serious and need it, or because I'm only pretending to be serious, which is probably the latter in this case, we scorpios are famous for the "essence of the arcane", right?, and furthermore tend to be naturally good actors as well.

My Horoscope says:-

Just for kicks, I want to know how accurate people think their zodiac sign describes their personality. So, in roughly the following format, say:
( 1 ) your sign
( 2 ) what you're like
( 3 ) what your sign says you're SUPPOSED to be like and on a scale of 1-10 how accurate it is
(1) Virgo
(2) Clever; problem solver; creative; perfectionist; non-comformist; procrastinator; honest; responsible; messy; clumsy; outgoing but private; passionate; adaptable and a risk taker
(3) Intelligent, analytical; perfectionist, creative; responsible; overly-critical harsh; conservative; modest shy; fussy or worrier; meticulous and reliable; practical
On a scale of 1-10 I'd probably say a 6. While there a lot of similarities to the way a virgo is described the description is far more rigid than I am. I'm pretty outgoing and put people at ease. I'm not a conservative. I'm actually quite liberal. I prefer change rather than the status quo as my sign indicates. I can apply more of these traits to the way I work than to my daily at home life. I'm also more like the absent minded professor than the organized neat freak. | |

2.I am aloof, caring, compassionate, strong-willed, stubborn, passionate, weird, artistic, intellectual, eccentric, and independant.
3. aquarius is all of these things and more so i think its true. :D | |

Posted: 12/25/2005 3:31:22 PM | | Duh, read my screen name (just kidding) I am a Sagittarius with a Libra rising and I also have 3 planets in the sign of Libra as well; so though I am a Sagittarius, I do have more Libra traits. I have been studying astrology since the age of eleven; the only thing, I do not believe, is your daily horoscope...or compatibility with other signs; being a fiery Sagittarius I am "supposed" to get along "best" with Leos and Aries..and I cannot stand Aries men (no defense if you are one..LOL) but most Aries men I have met have been the biggest pricks (very arrogant); another sign that I do not have a rapport with is Capicorn, though I do find Capricorn men very sexually alluring.. | |

Capricorn is one of the most stable and (mostly) serious of the zodiacal types. These independent, rocklike characters have many sterling qualities. They are normally confident, strong willed and calm. They can be surprisingly and suddenly witty and subtle for the quiet, reserved individuals they seem to be, and they also have a tendency to ruin things by unexpected and utterly irresponsible bouts of flippancy. In certain individuals in whom the characteristic is strong, the temptation to do this has to be resisted with iron self-control. Another unexpected quality in some Capricornians is an interest in the occult which persists in spite of their naturally skeptical turn of mind.
Their intellects are sometimes very subtle. They think profoundly and deeply, throughly exploring all possibilities before deciding on a 'safe' alternative. They have good memories and an insatiable yet methodical desire for knowledge.
