It's not rape, because you can stop it (I can't imagine remaining asleep through it, can you?) but it is invading your partner's personal boundaries and body if this is something they don't agree want or solicit. I would tread carefully and get some feedback before even going there. | |

If he/she is in your house or in your bed then u must trust them enough to be intimate with that person. The act of oral in the morning is a continuation of that intamacy from the night before. Plus if trust them enough to fall asleep with them then you must already feel some safety with them
If it had been so terrible the night before then you should have had them tossed before morning, and this whole "rape" thing wouldn't have happened
And if it ended a marriage there was a lot more wrong with the marriage then sex in the morning
I enjoy sex and like it a lot, so if prompted I would be there. More happens if u actually like the guy you know
In addition, I think we all know what the definition of rape is. it's universal so those u have questions: No means No, if you think she means No it mean No, If she resists it means No. Got it, get it, good | |

I once scolded a girlfriend for waking me up like that and made her cry, which was a huge mistake, because not only did I have to console her, but then I had to have sex with her when the entire time I just wanted to go to sleep because I had to get up at the as$crack of DAWN. I need more than 4 HOURS OF SLEEP DAMNIT.
To stay on topic, the trick is to make sure she is unconscious, if she doesnt "wake up" then it cant be rape. Tell the judge that she snored and it sounded like a "yes".
Your married friend sounds like a frigid A$shole, throw her off of a bridge and sleep with her ex-husband. (for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health.... yeah right) | |

I dated someone like you, he couldn't even talk until he'd had at LEAST one cup of coffee in the morning. It took a while but I finally did teach him to give it up in the morning. You "scolded" a girl for waking you up for sex.. tsk tsk tsk... mean mean mean....
