Posted: 1/5/2006 7:19:23 AM | Have to agree with 7times myself..........been to all those shows etc also.....and being around bikers etc and things that go on.......it's like second nature to me.i honestly couldn't give a rats ass about a set of taa-taa's being shown..whatever floats your boat...if a woman feels the need to show off what she has?....go for it...... and like 7 said himself.....i dare say there are a few guys on here that still get wide eyed when they see a set., but yet in public , couldn't hold a decent conversation with a lady of that "style"..

Face it, alot of the broads that do that simply want to tease and be wanted, but have the audacity to complain when its not only the "brad pitts" of the world that are noticing them. Any woman that portrays herself as a sex object and then gets an attitude when someone pays attention to her funky @ss is like school on a holiday... she has NO CLASS! | |

It's about people having control enough of themselves to be able to look at a half naked pic, think about sex and not write the things they may be thinking. Equating half naked pics to nasty emails is along the lines of saying that any women who dresses provocatively is just asking to get raped. People it's about being grow up enough to know you have these thoughts but act in appropriate ways with them. Now this is old news but sex or the image of sex is everywhere! It's on billboards on busses, it's sold at the supermarket, cigerrettes, tv, movies, adds, cars it's litterally everywhere yet somehow you don't complain that you see a half naked womens picture on the side of a bus as it passes, nor do you complain when you see a half naked women on the side of the milk carton you buy everyday so why are you complaining when you see it on POF? Half naked women sold you your toothpaste, made you buy a certain brand of beer, made you enjoy watching the Dallas cowboys play, made Brittney Spears interesting so just realize the truth and get over it already. | |

Posted: 1/5/2006 10:56:39 AM | Excuse me....but everyone has their right to express themselves in any manner they chose to without any other person ASS Uming anything about them especially without getting to know them by talking to them first. That goes for pics and for writing what they want in their profiles.
We all write differently, some jokesters, some serious, some who write well, and some who don't have a clue what to write so they do their best. Misinterpretations of email lingo, as well as pics only occur when we think we know what someone is portraying without ever asking. As far as checking off their preferences...everyone has that right too. I am NOT looking for intimate encounters and I don't care what people want to imagine in their minds based on what they THINK my pics mean.
I happen to have a reason for my pics as well as the name I chose which I state in my profile. I also change my photos on a regular basis. Trust that based on all the email I get, everyone sees things differently too. And I'll add, I read and reply to all my emails!!!!
Those who write to me know exactly where I'm coming from. Those who chose to judge without taking the time, are not people with qualities I look for anyway!!!  | |

On the other hand, some women don't know the difference between "sexy" and "vulgar". This is, after all, the POF forums, not the Penthouse forums. I appreciate a nice body, but it will take more than a set of hooters to get my attention (I should say HOLD my attention, they most certainly will get my attention, I am 51, but I'm not dead yet). I find the human mind much more interesting than the human body. You might grow weary of sex and need to TALK occasionally. Fortunately most of the ladies here show good taste and God bless them and their sexy pictures. They remind me that I AM NOT dead yet, and have a few things to look forward to in life. | |

That is like me holding a pizza under a homeless and hungry mans nose and saying "sike" and start eatin that sh*t in front of his damn face. And then saying "uh uh... you should be able to 'control' yourself instead of giving in to your natural desire for hunger!" Get real. If you brag and boast on things that you know people are gonna want, don't get an attitude when some people actually are trying to see what the deal is.
I hardly ever hear men that brag about their yachts and million dollar houses get an attitude when some chick emails them about wanting to ride on their yacht sometimes. Hell, the man is promoting it, so why should he get an attitude and yell and scream about golddiggers when he is showing himself as some guy that loves money. I swear. Some humans make me sick!  | |

Posted: 1/5/2006 12:20:31 PM | in some ways I think some of us are talking at cross purposes. I agree we are selling ourselves and looking sexy is part of that attraction process. There's a lot of good looking people who look very sexy and inviting.
Let me use the analogy of a female lawyer in a courtroom and a hooker on a street corner. They can both look very sexy and the way they present themselves can be powerful to attract their specific audience. A lot is to do with their body language as well as their dress. So the question is what is your specific audience? What type of person are you trying to sell yourself to? | |

Hi Bambi75,your first question.Some guys just don't have as good imagination as I do lol.And should wait to get to know you before they ask for other photos ,that should be obvious.The second question.Its the way nature intended us to be ,so that were attracted to our own species.Could you imagine a poor kid walking around with a platypus bill.lol.My mane post was why be upset when you get replays that your photos might generate?I agree with you totally that a photo does not tell the whole story,or who you are,but they will generalize.Don't get me wrong I love naked women.lol.but my thinking is if she is willing to showe her body to the world then she might be a player.Ofcours I know that's not true,but that's the impression.I think you should keep your body a little hidden and only show it to some who you care about.Or where appropriate like a beach .I think a lot of women mix up sexual independents with,peace of meat.For example g string and wet T-shirt,MEAT.But if you want to show your curves and look classy theres only one answerer.LITTLE BLACK DRESS.Almost every women looks amazingly beautiful in them.Classy and sex at the same time.lol  | |

Basically my point earlier was that each one of us needs to exersice control over our ideas, emotions and behavior. You don't write the budweiser company and tell them " umm hi you look hot I would like to hump your cardboard stand with the half naked girl on it" so why do you think writing to someone on the net would somehow be more appropriate. It's the same thing. THe cardboard stand deserves respect and so do the real people. It's called taking responsiblity on an individual basis.
Lastly there is this idea that women are floating around on the net looking for sex even though their profile says "NO INtimate encounters". But that's just what it means. Don't read into it more than is there. Here's why having sexy pictures and but don't want intimate encounters happens for women. For women sex is really easy to get. Just about any real life guy would love the opportunity to have sex with us. So why in the h@ll do you think we would possibly search for sex on the internet (if that's what we wanted). Assuming that women want sex here are the two options 1) hot guy at the bar, sexy bum, gorgous eyes and fun times 2) dude from the internet, don't know what he looks like, could be a serial killer, hairy midget from Mars. Women seeking sex on the internet specifically state that women who are not say they don't want it. Why are people choosing to disregard what another person says they want in their profile? Need I say more. | |
