That car is sexual
theres all sorts of muscle cars, ones for rich people, ones for lazy people, ones for image conscious people, ones for poor people but the torana was for those who actually had the driving ability to drive a muscle car the way there suppose to be driven.

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 11/30/2007 11:13:09 AM | Right now I'm pretty satisfied with my car (Saab 9-2X, rebadged Subaru Impreza WRX).
But if I had to choose a new car right now, I'd probably want a Citroen C3 Pluriel.

But now I drive a Chevy Trailblazer and I love it....It gives me so much more flexibility and I feel safe in it with these crazy Boston drivers....and I can be so much more independent in dragging stuff home without help.

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 12/3/2007 1:11:27 PM | An Ariel atom for the track nothing looks better or handles as well.. (or a McLaren m8f or a 289 cobra FIA or a 250 SWB, too many choices ) On the road I will stick to my cls550, I need the seats, kids you know! If I could have another street car it would be a 911 GT3RS, in Green of course! | |

Yea , I had a Alfa GTV back in 73 till 75 . Loved that car, use to run it late at night down my favourite highway up here, Airport road ( from Wasaga beach down to hwy 9 ) , was a real blast. Another car I had a lot of fun with was a European spec Renault 16 TS , had the Gordini engine in it. Bought it from a guy in Base Borden who brought her home after being stationed on Lars Germany. That was a great sleeper , went like stink.
Heading to the Toronto bike show this week end. Lately have had bike fever real bad after being almost 30 years with out one. Wow, have they changed since my last one, a 70 Norton 750 Commando. Never thought I would buy Jap, but after checking out the local dealer here, am leaning right now towards a Suzuki bandit. Just dawned on me lately, all the kids are almost grown, why not get an affordable toy, have some fun . Always wanted to ride a bike up to Alaska, then all the way down the coast to Baja Mexico.
Snow equals maps and dreams / plans , I figure!

However I am looking forward to getting a second car, preferably an AWD Turbo, perhaps I'll step up to a VR-4 or the new 08 Ralliart/Evolution.

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 12/30/2007 6:17:47 PM | My first car was a 2000 Ford Focus SE....yes gentlemen...can you imagine the terror I went through for 4 years!
I now have an ACURA TSX!! I highly recommend any Acura. It has the feeling of luxury w/o the benefit of carrying that official title.
If I were a billionaire w/ money to waste, an Aston Martin Vantage would be priority on my list of vehicles to own.

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 1/4/2008 11:02:25 PM | | I've had about 16 cars, growing up in a car dealership will do that, but my '97 Corvette has made it the longest (6 years). I am looking at a new Z06 though. | |

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 1/5/2008 6:36:48 AM | driving 4 over 5 years i've driven 4 vehicles n owned 3... ( started out driving around the family van4 2 year - 87 GMC safari .. miss it but she rotted away, n cancer was taking over aka rust)
my 1st vehicle i owned is a 86 Chevy C10 ( i miss it n its in rebirth mode as we speak due to a weak frame lasted a fun year ...)
i had a 92 buick Grand sport that i absolutly hated... but i got it just to zip around town with.
n now i got a 03 S10 Crew Cab ZR5 that i also love.
most of the vehicles i've driven were Rear Wheel Drive aka RWD so winter driving is very fun.
from viewing all the cars.. the imported scene does not do n e thing 4 me, n all my friends laugh @ the fact i rather have old muscle then modern sexy lines ( to me its nothing but plastic n tin)
but my dream car is really my 86 truck when i am done with the rebuild.
-350 4 bolt main bored out ( 383 stroker) forged bottom end, aluminum top end ( heads, intake plenum, still debating on putting super charge or not... but it will scream :D ) gonna beef up that 700R4 tranny to handle 500 -550hp n about 700ft lbs tq
the suspension is getting updated, but not ride level will not b touched... ( basically want to keep it stock hight but able to handle the stress in cornering,n hookin up the rear tires)

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 1/7/2008 11:40:24 PM | | The G8 is a de-tuned version of the Corvette's LS7. The G8 has 360hp compared to the Corvette's 400, and the car weighs 2000lbs more. | |
|
| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 1/7/2008 11:48:24 PM | Yes but compared to the front wheel drive puss barges that American makers have been churning out for years the G8 is a revelation.
A good quality car with rear wheel drive. A proper muscle car/

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 3/19/2008 11:13:48 AM | Well, I just blew the motor on a 1988 Toyota MR2, supercharged, t-tops...gorgeous car with the handling of a go-kart...
So now I want to get an '05 MR2....put on a Hass turbo kit...do some suspension work...oh yeah. These muscle cars may have the power edge, but put it on an road track against the MR2, and things would not end well for big muscle

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 3/19/2008 2:25:16 PM | I now change my mind..
I got to test drive the all new Audi R8.
OMFG.. I've driven more powerful cars, and cars that handle better, but wow was this car ever fun to drive. It also looks freaken awesome! Although I don't know if that will be my next car, I still love the rear wheel drive cars though.

| The Car you prefer driving: What is it? Posted: 3/19/2008 8:25:26 PM | | 2008 Subaru STI...AWD and 300+ horses. I have the unaspirated 170hp version of this car and its a blast...I can only imagine what the extra HP and tightened suspension would be like? | |

ABSOLUTELY amazing....I have a few friends that have them and tune them and all that jive. The handling is unmatched, and 300 horses is nothing to shake a stick at either. Those and the Lancer EVO are 2 HOT cars. I wouldn't mind having one myself.
