But that's only 1/4 of what ever they put in the pill.
The energy boost is very real when you are lifting weights though. You can literally lift more and longer with these supplements, hence you do get more out of your work out in the long run. BUT YOU STILL GET THE CRASH. and never bring up that 5 hour energy b12 shot thing...thats a joke. For the past 2 years I have been at the gym 6 days a week almost 2 hours a day...some day are just super hard to get motivated. so I may be sitting at my computer and take a dose of redline and a few minutes later I feel a bit of a rush, so I'm ready to go use it at the gym and work it off. Thats what I get out of it any way. | |

Posted: 4/3/2008 6:23:23 PM | waste of money and being a stimulant its addictive with yielding only "temporary results." Do it natural with a good nutrition plan and weight training regimen along with 2-3 days of cardio(high intensity interval training, google it).
There is no secret to weight loss. All that is need is commitment to your program and setting new goals every few months. And above all, do not go by the weight scale, go by bodyfat every couple months to gauge your progress. Weight on a scale doesn't matter, overall body fat does. | |

Posted: 5/4/2009 7:09:25 AM | Don't take that crap, diet...no screw diet eating good and lowering calorie intake and working out is gonna help you. I was morbidly obese and I lost 50 pounds in 4 months doing that with no "pills". Just straight changing eating habits, lowering your calories per day and eating 5-6 times a day...I lost that 50 from may - sept last year then started school and stopped for 8 months and plateaued, luckily didn't gain...So i just started up last week since finishing school and I jog 3 times a week 60 mins and ymca stability ball class 2 times a week and counting the calories again and in once week already dropped 4 pounds. It's gonna take awhile and can be frustrating...I remember times I didn't lose anything in 2 weeks and then dropped 5 the next...weight loss is a commitment...think about this..you gonna be taking those pills for the rest of your life? hope not...so you lose the weight how you're gonna live the rest of your life...it doesn't stop after losing 50, 60, or 100 pounds...when you're done, you gotta work harder to maintain your weight which is even a bigger **** than losing it

All they have to do is make sure they use approved ingredients.
Only when a problem occurs will the FDA step in and do any testing.
So from protein to fat burners you are taking your chances. | |

All of those supplements like hydroxycut are exactly what they say in the name, hydro-water, and cut. It's just a diuretic with an overwhelming amount of caffeine. Those two things combined are not good. Just make sure you drink as much water as you can, it'll keep you full and hydrated. | |

If your that concerned about your liver take some f'n milk thistle.
But the best way to lose weight is to quit being lazy and have some will-power. Eat clean, exercise and stay active. It's not hard to live a healthy life-style. | |

Which would make it as lethal as peanuts, but 4 times less lethal than Tylenol.
