Posted: 4/10/2007 5:34:54 PM | | A funny thing about faith is that it grows stronger in good people as they get older. Have you noticed that the majority of regular church goers are over fifty. It's not because they are getting closer to life's end but more because they are less busy now and taking stock of the life they've lived so far. They recount the many times by their faith and mainly honourable life that they may have been miraculously spared from harm. How they may have been blessed with good children, no less a miracle. The many times over the many years they may have seen things that cannot be physically explained. They may have actually felt the angels at work, both the good and the bad in their ancient yet ongoing struggle for souls, working the events that guided their wandering soul back to God. The theological pondering and doubt of others is but rain on the roof for these. | |

Yes, more young people are thinking for themselves, and not believing everything they hear or read.
The many times over the many years they may have seen things that cannot be physically explained.
Like why airplanes fly?

Yes, I am also so Naive, that I dismiss any claim that a "Flying Saucer" had "All them bright colored lights around it."
I don’t think believers of UFO’s think for one minute they are experts on the subject. The eyes tell what’s in the field of view. Objects can be distorted. The same thing applies when observed from other angles, causing optical illusions. Don’t you think an astronaut or a 747 pilot would know this? Yet sensitive instruments reveal intelligent craft in the atmosphere – their words not mine.
Silly me, to believe that if there was an intelligent being from out of space, they would have developed night vision by now.
You are not very well versed, if these things do not want to be observed they will not be. It's common knowledge. There’s plenty of disinformation about UFO’s. The authorities would rather keep us guessing then reveal what they know. It’s a smokescreen for their activities.
So do other delusions and psychosis.
Point being most would not know of these afflictions, but then you are not a member of most?
