Posted: 8/23/2008 10:56:03 PM | | I'm really picky and maybe a bit shallow. I look for certain qualities in people's pictures. I like pictures that capture people doing things they love...I hate pics taken by the web cam because they never really show much. What grabs me is pics of people who travel, and get their pictures shot somewhere like London or somewhere exoctic. I've been known to message people just to compliment them on those pics...but that's just me. Turn offs are naked shots, c*ck shots, guys flexing their muscles...I like guys who can show their goofy side in pics too :) | |

Posted: 10/7/2008 9:38:17 AM | Animals-dead or alive, kids-yours or someone else's, party pics, cowboy hats and facial hair re-enactments of the fight at the OK Corral.
I once had this listed on my profile, but a male friend said it was too negative and guys don't like to be told so many "No's" right off the bat. I considered it weeding out the obviously incompatible. Efficient.
The thing is...even when I had all that listed, it wasn't a hard & fast rule. I just considered it a sign of confidence (a BIG turn ON) if a guy pushed through anyways and emailed.

i dislike pics where they are in the distance or when they are from the side and you can barely tell what they look like or digitally enhanced photos. i only have one well and its not em digitally enhanced its off a movie poster im on so it looks enhanced but tis just cause of the posters color scheme. | |

-pictures taken from inside the car, (Your so busy you can't get out and take a pic)
-Main pic is taken with a camera phone ,and blurry as ever
-pictures of you trashed at a club (that's wifey material)
-Your slutty halloween costume picture ( knowing you never will ever be that on the other 364 days of the year)
-bridesmaid picture (nice of you to be there for a friend ,but are you hiding from a camera from the majority of your life)
-High angle picture (is that trying to make you thinner or your forehead really large)
-really close up picture (nice to get to know you but does anyone need to be in your face so soon)
Oh I better stop I might be viewed as being little angry | |

There is a picture of you at a wedding all dolled up on your profile... (????!!!!!)
Are you hiding from the camera usually, is that why this is a pet peeve? Because it's something YOU do, that you don't like?

cheap azz pics of you from ur web cam......geeeeze..are u that lonely that you can't at least get a friend to take a darn picture..lol...
what I personally like to do...is get my cheap azz friend to come over and take a pic of me right as i am waking up..u know...hair allover the place...mascara down to my cheek...yah..i mean whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy on earth would i want to put myself on here, being my first impression and all..in a lovely dressed up wedding pic...why why why?????????
and as for the pic of my p u s s y grey...LOL...
she's an awesome mouser....lol
now..to answer the question...2 things that turn me off right away....shirts off and no smiles..
come on....there has got to be smile in there somewhere!!!!!

nothing says cheap to me like a game of frisbee for a first date idea.
Though I suck at frisbee, I'd sure go on a frisbee date.
After all, isn't going on a date an effort to get to know someone, not how much they're willing to spend on you?
I will never get that mindset personally. Who cares how much money is spent, as long as you have a good time and get a feel for what that person is like and if you might be compatible with them. | |

.........that a person does get a feel/instinct about another person...
I instinctively would rather feel the person than to sit and look at any pictures! To the Moon Alice, to the Moon!!
Some of the funniest I think are when the younger ladies try to make their profile seem larger than it is (the bust area). As I recall, the best way to enhance the appearance is to take a shot looking up at the boobs, not down on them, but in real life, I would rather go down on them than have to come up on them, less chance of getting the wrong impression!!! | |
