My first love had hair half way down his back and my last love did as well. I do date short haired guys too, as it all comes down to the person themselves. | |

Would I give a guy a chance today with long hair - sure but it would depend on the person. I think alot of people judge on the "window" dressing alone. I believe in chemistry but people bank so much on someones appearance....guess it's all in personal preference. People won't date women who aren't a size three; or who don't have long hair....some women only want men who are bald or have a six pack....or blue eyes...it goes on and on. I think personally you are losing out if you don't atleast take the first step and chat - who knows. Looks fade; hair falls out; if you don't have great conversation and someone who can make you laugh - it will never last no matter how pretty the frame is. | |

I think more important issues when looking for a partner should be is how well you guys will get along together and if the person will treat you with the proper respect that everyone is entitled to...
most of the women on the site seem to prefer the "90210" look and won't even reply to a simple "Hello" unless a guy looks like that...
nope...not for me....no sirree bub...
i'm longhaired and comfortable that way so i can't see myself changing anytime soon... | |

Posted: 2/25/2007 1:44:29 PM | depends on if the hair makes them look sexy and whether or not it's well kept. there are some I find to be incredibly hot...Nuno Bettencourt from Extreme, he looked incredibly hot with long beautiful hair...
some guys it looks good and if it compliments them, I'm all for it, but most of the guys I've seen with long hair, it's a mangled mess. And if it's cut mullet like - definitely a turn off. | |

I think the only time I've disliked longer hair on guys is when they don't take care of it(It looks all greasy etc) but most of the guys I've known with longer hair all have better hair then I do which sucks lmao. Maybe that's it, girls are jealous of your long locks cause it looks better then theirs? lol | |

looooove long hair on a guy. as long as it's healthy and clean. but i also dig bald guys and styles inbetween. but a mullet? gawd no. not even a second glance
lmao yeah mullets have always made me wonder as well.
Is it like someone who wants the best of both worlds?

what's the point havin it long if it constantly irritates you?..lol
I can't speak for any long haired guys, but I know my hair doesn't chew or digest very well - gotta tie it up for meals. It sure sucks when long hair gets caught in a belt-sander too. | |

He wouldnt be "him" without it so he says. He has better hair than I do and its longer than mine too. He takes great care of it. It really does suit him.

One time many moons ago my boss tried to make me tie my hair back, that lasted about a day and a half and nothing has been said since. I can't stand tying it back.

There are some guy's that long hair & it's greesy, that is just lazyness. I know I've always had long hair & it takes alot of care. So if your gonna grow it, please look
after it( or cut it off).

I've had people comment about it both ways either they love it or they tell ya you should cut it. I've noticed that it's usually the younger women and 99% of the guys ( think their jealous  ) that say I should cut it. Now I'm trying to decide on whether to grow it back as long or keep it in the middle range. I may just let it get between 8-10" and keep it there.  | |

-it is all one length...(mullets are nasty)
-no facial hair--olive skin--dark eyes
-dark brown/black curly and in good health
-CLEAN!!!!!!!
--> think of soccer players from South America...... or Antonio Banderas when he had a ponytail....
or the latin gentleman who does the plumbing in my building
