there are plenty of things that are more degrading than 2 people having sex for money. eating dirt or eating shit is disgusting/ degreading, should you be arrested for that? no right, its a persons choice. if someone is having sex behind closed doors and not hurting anyone why should that be ilegal?? I understand that there is people who dont like the idea of having sex with a strager for money but thats not a reason to force other people to act like them, keep them from doing what they want with their bodies. | |

Why are you asking since it is legal and even more - the oldest profession in the earth.
the only reason it is illegal on paper is that if some know it is illegal won't do it, won't solicit for sleeping with their bosses for promotion. the same way making talking on cellphone while driving illegal.
they can't make changing CDs while driving car illegal, everyone would complain, while for changing CDs in car more people die than while using cellphones for driving.
so at least they make it illegal to "help" a little bit and catch those and put in jail who go waaay out of control and promote and solicit.
I can imagine if they make prostitution and pot legal in USA, then we will start getting junk mail for those too, like BS credit card and other junk mail is not enough. | |

Many would say they want to get out because of the social stigma even if they liek or dont mind what they are doing
just because one women has been abused and ended up there is no reason to stop a woman who has not been abused and wants to do exercise her right of freedom of choice, everyone has a choice, making it ilegal wont solve the problem. being it ilegal the pimps and jhons can abuse more, if its legal they have more safety

bcs life is not fair, fair enough, even law is not fair, and it is clearly mentioned in basic principles of law, fairness is one thing, moral is another thing, justice is another thing, legal is another thing.
if everything would be so strightforward and make complete sense then most people won't sue each other, and lawyers would not have so many cases so that they pick and chose which one to take which one not, also government won't have so much control.
it's like when you drive 75 mph, the police usually doesn't stop you, however if they chose they can, say if they don't like you they can even stop you while driving 67 mph.
I got stopped several times for obvious traffic violation, but sometimes convinced them and didn't get a ticket. so, now what, you have to go panish these cops too?
go to wikipedia and read about famous mobs, it days there that these people are criminals and heads of mob families, however they are free.
even these brilliant comp programs written by Microsift have so many flows, so we just need to get along and take it easy. | |
