8 oz of cottage cheese, 1/2 Cup of crushed walnuts, 1 TBL of linseed oil combined is a great T-cell booster...bolsters the immune system.

I take two tablespoons a day of pure full strength apple cider vinegar every day - drink it in lemonade or 7up. You have to buy this at a health food store cause the kind in the grocery is only 5 per cent. It keeps all the crystalsd out of your joints and is good for a ton of other things. There is a book out called Apple Cider Vinegar and the Health System.
