| Food to cure your ills...... Posted: 3/21/2005 7:06:21 PM | | I take two tablespoons a day of pure full strength apple cider vinegar every day - drink it in lemonade or 7up. You have to buy this at a health food store cause the kind in the grocery is only 5 per cent. It keeps all the crystalsd out of your joints and is good for a ton of other things. There is a book out called Apple Cider Vinegar and the Health System. | |
