Posted: 10/8/2007 1:31:45 PM | This is the discontent of my Winter It's build up upon me mid October year of our lord 2007 Such harsh realities thrust upon me Of Love and no Love Of money and no money Birds singing praise of prowess Harping on emotions A vast Island in an ever expansive sea Turmoil and i rock the boat subconsciously

Traces of You on My Glasses
This morning I awoke again to begin my day In my groggy state I fumble for my glasses I slip them on as I always do To the kitchen I make my way
Some food to nourish my body for the tasks ahead This morning is like any other It is my life without change Some hot coffee to clear my head
As the early morning light fills the room I feel myself coming alive once again Ready to face the challenges that I set But this morning, the light has a gloom
I sit and wonder why things look the way they do I can’t seem to focus The room is filled with haze I take off my glasses and see traces of you
The lenses tell a story of the night before Of dancing slowly together Holding on tight wishing for the song to never end As the music stops my soul cries for more
The pattern of your beautiful hair The hair that frames such a beautiful face Hair that amplifies your moving grace On my glasses it is there
I look at the lines and I see what our evening had done A perfect imprint of the moment You laid your head against mine A brief moment when two hearts were one
Looking through them you are every where I take them off and go to the sink I clean away the evidence of a thought that can not be When I put them back on you are still there
Traces of you on my glasses

The complete soul The very thought of you The sound of your voice Seeing you Spending time with you The smell and touch of your soft hair The smile on your face The knowing look in your eyes The touch of your hand Your tender caress A gentle kiss from your lips The feel of your warm body The breath that you breathe The breath that we breathe The sharing and loving of our naked bodies Lying next to you Holding you oh so close Awakening with you by my side

On my fiftieth birthday, I cancelled a date, bought a ring for my wedding finger and a g-spot vibrator, and swore off men.
If you're out there, you should know I'm getting very used to batteries.

"Finding a cure for this deep tissue bruise Endvour of astronomical size In possession of front line equiptment Gift from the Gods Android emotions with Human Heart The soft touch of someone caring A singularity of Love No gravity strong enough to steal it The want to give Supernova portions My heart beats hoping one day someone can decode it's cares"
