Sure beats my latest idea of stepping on their heel to give them a flat tire. In hindsight, I should have known that was a bad idea. No, really I think anything that could be construed as a physical attack has a very limited possibility of success. the other think I thought of was saying hey, there's a sale on spam (or whatever) on the next aisle. When they say they don't use that, tell them that it's more versatile than they might think, and to come over and see for themself tomorrow. Would that work or not?
