Posted: 2/14/2007 11:02:35 AM | the clitoris is analogous to the penis. it arises from the same embryonic tissue, it contains similar erectile tissue and nerves. the clitoral hood is the same as the foreskin, the visible tip of the clitoris is the same as the glans, and the less commonly visible shaft of the clitoris is the same as the penile shaft. the major differences are obvious.. the urethra being located below it instead of becoming enclosed. incidentally the labia minora are analogous to the scrotum too. and the g-spot is an area that produces a fluid similar to that produced by the prostate.
sex is determined by genetics, and contrary to what someone said up there babies don't start out XX female, you have your chromosomes right from conception (XX female, XY male, XXY kleinfelter's syndrome, XO turner's syndrome). early in embryonic development we have both the precursors of the female internal structures as well as the male. the presence of testosterone causes degeneration of what would otherwise become the uterus and vagina, and lack of testosterone (or lack of cellular receptivity to testosterone, which is rare) causes degeneration of what would otherwise become the vas deferens. gonads develop into testicular or ovarian tissue (in the same location until shortly before birth) according to the presence of hormones. | |

Ditto for larger clits. One ex-lover was relatively indifferent to clitoral stimulation but massively orgasmic for G-spot stimulation.
Some of the differences are biological wiring, others are prior use. A woman that has used an industrial strength vibe for years is like a guy that chokes his chicken a very specific way; they need that stimulation to get off.
