Posted: 10/24/2004 6:48:58 PM | | My beer consumption has gone way done since I have been living in Champaign, IL. I like micro brews mostly and I have a hard time finding anything worth while here. When I lived in Lawrence, KS, I had a few local favorites. Buelevard Stout (not the Bully Porter, although it will do in a pinch) from a Kansas City brewery, and Oatmeal Stout from the Freestate Brewery in Lawrence. For standard fare which can be found most anywhere in the states, I like Honey Brown, and Guiness. I'll drink domestics when I'm going for quantity over quality though. | |
