jer-bear...Arthur Guinness will forgive you if you toss a pint or two as pennance...;)
And as for scotch whiskey, have you tried Macallan or Glenfiddich 12 year-old single malts?

Shiner Boch! I believe its just a Texas thing.
Thank you for reminding me... LOL. LONE STAR,,, one of my all time fav's. Forgot about it because I can't get it up here in the Heartland. Seriously a hard to find beer~!
Also, on the Texas theme, I love Tacate and Corona both with lime.

This is the famous Budweiser Beer. We know of no brand which costs so much to brew and age. Our exclusive beechwood aging produces a taste, smoothness, and drinkability you will find in no other beer at any price. Amen.

But since Im in texas now it has to be Ziegen Bock.
They wont allow Amber because they are afraid of losing sells to Amber bock over Ziegen... poor texans are full of themselves and yet have so much to fear.

Orangeboom from the Netherlands- You can drink as many as you want as long as you don't attempt to stand up. Also no hangover ever.
