I don't know where you people have been. The scientist already figured out the nerve that is responsible to detect pain and pleasure are the same.
Sometimes, the nerve confuse pain as pleasure. It's hard to apply extreme pleasure. But it's relatively easy to apply extreme pain. Then the nerve confuses it as extreme pleasure.
