| In Praise of older women... Posted: 2/26/2007 7:27:08 PM | Older women are wise and wonderful. Often they know what they want and know how to get it.
Often they are fearless, seeking intimacy at online sites. Great...they're here to break hearts. It can happen.

| In Praise of older women... Posted: 2/27/2007 7:10:37 PM | | Please include me on the list of men who love older women. I must admit, however, that I probably wouldn't date one that still lived with her parents. | |

Some women, like fine wine, age into wonderfully complex, delightful liquids that roll off your tongue and tantalize and titillate. Their fluidity keeps them mysterious and appealing .
Some plain young girls have matured into absolutely gorgeous women ... my lord, how they've grown ... yum, yum.
Some show age ... they sag here, they wrinkle there, they aren't the perfect hardbody. I like to explore that map of experience. Women of age should be proud and men of any age should be lucky to have the opportunity to chart a course.

| In Praise of older women... Posted: 2/28/2007 9:54:28 AM | I'm over 50 and love being there! Lots of years went into making me who I am, and I like who I am. Hey Coug, (post a few above this), I'd be honored to have my mother live with me so I could be a help in her last years, (she's nearing 90). At our age, ("older women"), it is more a case of the mother living with us, not us living with her. ~smile~ ♥Robin | |

I've found that now that I'm single, young men seem to be attracted to me. I can't say that I understand it though. It is a boost for the ego and tempting to see what would happen if I met any of them (no, not naive). I recently went to Mexico and found the same reactions from younger men. But then there weren't too many 52 year olds in a red bikini either.

| In Praise of older women... Posted: 5/17/2007 12:29:52 PM | Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage; why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig, just to get a little sausage. OMG I love that...never heard it before | |

| In Praise of older women... Posted: 5/20/2007 3:52:09 PM | As I wrote within my profile, there are few ladies my age, and even younger, who have children, and or battled with some unexpected illness, and don’t have some sort of scar from it, maybe physically or emotionally, or both. The percentage of men not understanding this, particularly at my age, is very appalling. Quite frankly, makes it very difficult for a man who looks have way decent, to portray honesty through a keyboard. Hence why I do not attempt to learn a woman through the internet, but a convenient way to meet. As for what an “older” lady has to offer a relationship, all of you ladies already know that, or at least should by now. It would be wrong for me to assume. But please bear in mind, maturity is the better indicator to go by, for men and ladies alike, many have reached certain age milestones, and still their understanding of respect for one another has not grown parallel to the years they lived.
So ya see ladies, getting old isn’t bad, IT’S EARNED.
For me, it would be inappropriate and uncomfortable, to have a relationship with a lady who is within 10 yrs of my daughter, and 10 years from my mother. And on a very personal note, my sexual experiences have been Far more enjoyable and longer lasting with the more mature “Lady”.

Sit around and wait, only if we wish too, say what we want, because most times we do it when it's appropriate, or just to shock. Make note, I'm not old, that is only a state of mind!

This whole thread is amazing. I think I'll bookmark for any day I'm not feeling 100% and just reading this last page of posts is sure to boost my spirits.

Nicely put....You think like the early explorers, only instead of claiming land for your country you are just "staking your claim". All joking aside, it was very refreshing to hear (see).
