Personally, I think people are going to make noise naturally. If they don't, they're either with someone who knows nothing about sexual pleasure or they're restraining themselves.
I can either make a little noise or a lot, but it's always real. Likewise, I can't stand a quiet woman because it means I'm not doing something right. Also, if I can tell she's trying to be quiet, I'll likely get aggressive and try to make her scream out what she really wants to, but is holding back for whatever odd reason.

Thank god all men aren't like you. The main priority of most of the men that I have been with is "Is she enjoying it". Maybe you'd be better in bed if you worried more about her and less about where you're gonna get off.

Also I have never "just laid there and taken it". First of all I am usually the one on top, doing a lot of the work. Even if I am the one on bottom, I don't just lay there and take it. They come naturally, so it is actually more work to surpress them.
