I get ID'd on a fairly regular basis.
"Take it as a compliment!" people say.
Women I ask on dates say "You're sweet to ask, but I have kids your age!" Seriously... I don't think I'm openminded enough to date someone who has kids my age!
All I REALLY want is to be a young-looking man trapped in a good looking womans body... like WhiteTigress' body... or DoNotGoGentle's... or SweetSunshine's... or PuppyLove's... or FieryFury's... or *snicker*

Posted: 2/1/2007 2:24:25 PM | I have never had anyone lie to me about there age then I look young for my age tend to get ID still and I put my foot in my mouth recently while at an event some guy told me he was 30 I made him show me his id cause well he only looked 24 teehee !!! I would be chocked if someone lied to me about there age but if you fall for someone in the end age is really only a number isn't it

altho i'm not clear as to why they'd want to lie about their age -- it certainly wouldn't serve them well at all once the woman discovered it. and when would that be? when the man is most interested in pursuing something deeper with that woman.
it's the clear lack of planning these guys demonstrate that is so discouraging. sigh. now thurstyhursty (msg#206) offers a lie that is at least interesting in that it's strategic.
'fess up boys! i, for one, would be more apt to forgive you if you had a creative reason than i would if i caught you lying to me. in the meantime, i'll just be thinking that you sure look like sh!t for a guy your age.
hmm, lying or looking like h3LL -- neither option is a good one. | |

Apparently a few extra pounds means 50 or so? As for age I still getting over the whole weight thing and had not even got to the age thing yet. Most women could lie about their age and I wouldn't know the difference cause of all the cosmetic stuff that women can do.
I got greys in my hair, oh well. I am who I am if people don't like it oh well I probably did not want to meet them anyway. | |

I've been lucky ( or just plain thorough enough ) to have dated from the POF pool, who really do look ( age and picture wise ) like they say they do in their profile. *knocks on wood*
