they said that about hitler and look what happened there. people are just standing by doing nothing while they let people like bush have their way. It's just the beginning I think, and there's going to be a lot worse things to happen in at least the next 4 years.."
Actually sometimes doing nothing is the best thing you CAN do.
My belief is that we take the whole Presidential thing WAY too seriously. Congress too. If it's a Republican we're screwed with wars and a free ride to big business. If it's a Democrat we're screwed with unbelievable taxes, weak foreign policy and bloated government. If it's a moderate we all sit around whining about how he's not liberal enough or not conservative enough. Does it really matter who's in the White House? We're going to be screwed any way we go; we might as well bend over and take it. | |

I am sure you can make - the erosion of the U.S. Consitution (Bill of Rights), the destruction of the U.S. Dollar, constant war, intelligence failures of 9/11, the coming draft, the removal of 3.3 trillion dollars out of the pentagon coffers, National ID cards with biometric info, taking away bankrupcy law, California energy rip-off with the Bush/Ken Lay group, and other wonderful achievements by the Bush administration sound like a picnic somehow. Incredible. Let me guess? You watch Fox, and shows like "24".

Believe it or not, it is easier for me to recycle in rural Wyoming than it was in Urban Colorado. Glass is a problem, saw a King Soopers (Our Kroger Supermarkets in Colorado) crew taking the glass recycling bin and throwing the glass in the trash. We need to make that costly.
It will hurt Salt Lake City, but just say no to Polystyrene(Food to go Containers.) If McDonald's could do it we all can. | |

Posted: 5/6/2005 8:35:32 AM | The first thing Georgie did when he got into office was trash all the EPA guidelines for fuel economy. He doesn't give a damn about the environment or future generations; just the almighty dollar.
The states negotiated Kyoto and then when back on thier word. The pollution generated by the states is left for other nations to clean up. If that isn't slothful, and gluttonous then I don't know what is.
Have fun trashing the Alaska wildlife refuge. | |

They are going to Shut Down 156 Military Bases throughout The United States,thus saving them about 50 billion Dollars over the next 20 years...*J*
My only question is ( At What Cost To Who??? ) If the chicken hawks have already sold The American People Down The River,then I guess There is no need for national defense,that being said, I guess we can throw our seat belts away,don't need insurance or a drivers license anymore,if anyone bothers you shoot them,all Drugs are good drugs,Ho Ho Who Cares...
