Every single argument has a hole in it the size of texas. Many other members have made valid arguments to dismiss those assumptions as the crock they really are.

Don't expect to change closed minds, to those who've had the playing field skewed to favor them?
.....You are a threat to a spoiled ego.
Plain and simple. | |

I've heard several "feminists" insist that they are all for equality and that is what the "fight" is all about. I've participated in equality rallies, dealing with ballance of power, yet I have never seen them in Fathers Rights rallies, what gives? What do you think? Am I off base or is "feminism"="machoism" just the other gender?
As I understand it, feminism is the desire to destroy femininity and masculinity.

| Is feminism sexism? Posted: 2/21/2005 5:36:43 PM | | Feminism comes at all levels. There are those who are supporting players and those that are the rabid few. I don't believe its sexism though. I consider feminism in its most radical forms as lobbyism and no more. The overstatements are meant only to draw attention to an issue, and deepdown most radical feminists will admit that their end goal is only to bring equality, sometimes that requires affirmative action beyond electoral reform, or employment rights. | |

I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
