2. The feel/smell of the rain on hot pavement in the summer
3. The way my dog greets my everytime I walk in the door... If I'm gone for a full shift or just to take out the garbage... he shows his appreciation that I actually came back! (and takes nothing for granted)
4. A freshly changed bed to crawl into after an exhausting day at work
5. A surprise text message on your phone when you least expect it that makes you smile. | |

3. The first lobster of the season (tonight, mmmmm)
4. Sunrise, flying west at 35,000 feet
5. Being able to pick the "returning citizens" line at Customs. So routine. So invaluable. | |

2. Receiving a bouquet of fresh cut flowers just because...(not the expensive ones...lol)
3. Cheering up someone who is having a bad day by making them laugh.
4. The feel of my partner's skin after being warmed up by the sun.
5. Cuddling a cute little bunny, a furry kitty or a nice puppy.

4. Driveways that have already been re-surfaced.
5. Bathrooms that already have tubs, toilets and sinks.

Posted: 6/7/2007 11:28:32 AM | The five things that I love are not simple, mostly because love itself is such a complicated emotion. I'll try to list them however, because I 'love' this type of thread.
1. My family, especially my children, but my Sister(s) and my Brothers as well.
1.a I have a half-sister, born out of wed-lock and about 2 weeks younger than
myself.
2. Being in love with the one who loves me as much.
3. My friends, especially my girl friends. I couldn't live without their affection and
unquestioning support.
4. My 'good' memories. I'm not living in the past or anything, I just have some
sweet and wonderful memories.
5. My life. It's a good life. I make it that way. I love it that I can make a good life for
myself.

1. The feeling of the sun on your body...especially when you have the time to sit still and enjoy it!
2. The sound of the waves lapping on the beach, or the sound of the wind rustling the leaves on the trees.
3. Comfortable silence. When words just arent needed.
4. A hug that can say the same thing as 50 words.
5. Kind heart felt words when you're having a tough week. | |
