I'm not a prude.. or at least don't consider myself to be one... I don't think it shoudl be expected that we as women should swallow.. it's up to us... but I have never had a guy ask me to either... he's never been like you know how hot that woudl be or anything along those lines... Maybe if a guy asked or something... but to just expect it.. well for me that woudl be a turn off.. 1. Cut out alcohol, caffeine, recreational drugs and nicotine their all pollutants. Haha, this isn't as easy as it sounds!
2. Drink lots of water 1 – 2 liters a day to flush out body toxins.
3. Fruit get plenty each day and sweeten your sperm taste Pineapple, papaya cranberry, melons, mangos, apples grapes are all good choices. These fruits are high in natural sugars and offset the bitter taste.
4. Eat plenty of vegetables which are generally good for improving sperm taste.
5. While it is true vegetarians generally have better tasting sperm there are vegetables to avoid:
Any vegetables from the cabbage family big offenders also include Cauliflower, broccoli, or asparagus:
6. Cut red meat consumption this is one of the main offenders when it comes to making sperm taste salty. Dairy produce such as milk and cheese also make sperm taste salty. Make sure when you eat protein you get good quality lean protein such as chicken and turkey.
Fish is claimed by some to be an offender in terms of taste, but this seems to vary between individuals. Try it and see the affects before cutting it out, fish is a major part of a healthy diet, so don’t cut it out!
7. Avoid heavy spices such as Garlic and onions, their big offenders when it comes to sperm taste, as they have a high sulfur content.
8. Do not buy products that claim to make your semen taste better there is no evidence that they work. Your semen can be made to taste better by overall changes in diet and lifestyle, it’s a complex formula and a good healthy diet has the biggest affect.
9. Parsley, wheatgrass, and celery are particularly recommended for sweeter semen taste, because of their high chlorophyll content.
10. Cinnamon, cardamom, peppermint and lemon are particularly recommended for making semen taste sweeter.
11. Avoid junk food, there loaded with chemicals and preservatives that pollute your body and your semen’s taste.
Try and eat food “from the earth” i.e. as naturally as possible. Also consider taking a zinc and selenium supplement, both are needed for healthy sperm and can make the taste better.
Finally, strong smelling semen may indicate an infection, so if your semen taste doesn’t change when you change your diet, you should consider a visit to the doctor.
Your aim with your diet is to eat one that helps your overall health and the above recommendations will not only make your semen taste better you will also feel fitter and healthier as well.
Keep in mind that you can eat some of the foods we don’t recommend for sperm taste.

Yes I said that. All things equal, it says something of your personality if you don't consider it (and it matters how you are cosidering it). Now don't get defensive or you'll prove my point ;). But I was in a similar situation. I was always reluctant to go down on this particular girl. It wasn't until I truly cared about her that I realized how selfish I was being and didn't mind--no, craved--to go down on her and give her everything possible. There are two type of relationship people out there:
A) "Respect each other's bounderies" people
B) "Do something you don't really care for, or better yet, learn to love something because you care for that person" people
Now an A+A fits ok (although there might be some sexual tention). An B + B can probably fit better. But A + B cause some problems.

Semen Tasting Techniques
Semen tasting is not just like art, it IS an art. While sperm tasting can be subjective in nature, sperm connoisseurs follow some general "guidelines" when judging a a good semen. It's very easy to learn the techniques of sperm tasting, and if you already enjoy semen, learning the nuances will simultaneously increase the pleasure you derive from tasting.
The three steps in semen tasting are: Look, Smell, and Taste.
Look
You can tell much about a semen simply by studying its appearance. Place some semen into a clear glass and held in front of a white background (a tablecloth or piece of paper will serve nicely) so that you can examine the colour.
The colour of sperm can vary even on a daily basis depending on the food eaten. More colour indicates more flavour and age, although a creamier colour may have indicate age.
Rim colour: You can guess the age of semen by observing its "rim." Tilt the glass slightly and look at the edge. An opaque tint may indicate youth while white indicates maturity.
Swirling: Swirling the glass serves many purposes, but visually it allows you to observe the body of the sperm. "Good legs" may indicate a thicker body and a higher salt content and/or sweetness level.
Smell
Swirl your semen. This releases molecules in the sperm allowing you to smell the aroma, also called the bouquet or nose. The two main techniques that sperm tasters use are:
1.) Take a quick whiff and formulate an initial impression, then take a second deeper whiff or
2.) Take only one deep whiff.
Either way, after you smell it, sit back and contemplate the aroma. Don't try to "taste" the semen yet, concentrate only on what you smell.
It may be difficult to describe in words when you're a novice, but after trying many sperms you will notice similarities and differences. Sometimes a certain smell will be very strong with underlying hints of other smells. Take your time. By labelling an aroma you will probably remember it better. You may even want to keep a notebook of your impressions of sperm.
Taste
The most important quality of a food semen is its balance between sweetness and saltiness. To get the full taste ofsperm follow the following three steps:
1. Initial taste (or first impression): This is where the sperm awakens your senses (your taste buds respond to sensations).
2. Taste: Slosh the sperm around and draw in some air. Examine the body and texture of the semen. Is it light or rich? Smooth or harsh?
3. Aftertaste: The taste that remains in your mouth after you have swallowed the sperm. How long did the taste last? Was it pleasant?
After tasting it, take a moment to value its overall flavour and balance. Is the taste appropriate? If the sperm is overly salty, is it supposed to be?
Some serious sperm connoisseurs assign a point score to a semen to determine its quality. While this method can be useful, it is in no way necessary to determine a quality semen. The more different sperms you try, and the more attention you pay to each donor, the better you will become at ascertaining and describing each sperm characteristics. | |

When I first swallowed I gagged something bad. Over the years I have learnt that not all guys taste the same. Therefore you get a heads up while your giving head.
