I would like to find a man while I'm camping with my horses because then I know he actually enjoys doing that and we would have that in common right off the bat. | |

I just wanted to say I really enjoy reading the responses from this forum, they are real, fun and very humours.
we are all here searching for something and sometimes feel like we are trying to reach the stars. 
Meeting people in the real world at our age is pretty tough, that's why the online dating world..... even with picture and clear intention, it's still not easy.....
I may not have met my "guy" here yet but so far this forum offers the most fun "chating" experiences. I get a lot of comfort and laughts from here.I wish you all the best, keep smiling.

Women are pretty much everywhere now. From what I understand, they have been given the right to drive, vote and even work outside the home. Due to these recent developments, you can find them virtually everywhere human beings congregate.
Getting shot down is easy, learn how to take no for an answer without it hurting your feelings and move on, there are other folks out there that will find you interesting. | |

Do you know how many girlfriends I have that say that is their favourite shopping place now? Hell we gave up La Senza & all those cool places to go to Home Depot to dream about what our houses will look like when we figure out which power tool we need to do the job!!
No honest I'm in there at least 2x a wk & know half the staff by their first name & no I'm not kidding. I run into girlfriends there all the time......
I was sitting in the parking lot last summer car windows open listening to music finishing my coffee & a van full of contractors pulled up. All went in the store except one..........next thing you know he's talking away & gives me his business card & says if you need any work done. Then he says ah now really I thought you were really pretty & was just interested BUT I'm married..............yikes exit stage right. I didn't say the place was perfect.
And you guys with all your handy man knowledge just step up & mention how good some product is or have you tried this I'm hesitant to buy it... careful with the assisting the dumb woman thing.........we're doing the best we can at keeping the houses fit so you might bruise our ego when you tell us that grout cannot be used to support tiles.........
And ladies a smile will melt most mens hearts......just talk to them, ask their advice they love to come to our rescue & then say ya wanna stop in Harveys (at the Home Depot exit door) or Tims & have a coffee........Good luck.

If I don't find what I want, then I'll just cruise the isles and see if someone can "help me".. LOL... Yep, those DIY stores are the way to go. And don't even think you are going to run in and run out, I have to just look at stuff that I might want in the future. And men are usually helpful if they see a perplexed look on your face... oh yeah.. I can play dumb, act like I don't know what a hammer is.. even though I can do most of my own DIY projects. | |
