I get them all.
Tonight it was nightmares, why else would I be on here at 5 am posting nonsense when my lady is just up the stairs fast alseep, i'd rather be there but I can't sleep now...nightmares especially can affect me for days. | |

I think I understand the significance of most of the content like forgetting your clothes & going out, walking into the wrong house, being chased etc.

I dreamt I was asleep in a nightclub (weird already :) when a guy Idin't know came over to me & started rubbing up my leg.
I pretended to still be asleep & groaned but the guy kept trying to touch me up!
It really freaked me out but the guys face was clear in my head.
First day at college with my first socialogy lesson, my teacher is the guy from my dream!
I was freaked out & avoided him for my first year as much as I could just incase :) | |

I once dreamed i was a packet of soup. you know one of those batchelors sachet type soups. the flat ones!!!lol
i had my head outta the top
arms n legs outta the sides n bottoms, and i was scared that someone would try and open me. by ripping accross the top of the packet. revealing my foiled inner self!!!!
sorry folks, but how feckin wierd is that !!!! lol

Posted: 5/6/2008 1:30:53 PM | I had one a few years back, that I would consider the most frightning one I have ever had.
Was walking on my own and ended up on a play ground, I was looking around and someone grabed me from behind. I could not see the person. The only thing I knew for sure that they were going to kill me.
As I looked on, I could see all my friends and family drive past looking at me.
I was screaming at the top of my lungs and pleading with them to please help me, but no one did.
The neighbours woke me up after he had broken down the door, because he thought I was being killed in my own bed. Took 4 days to get my foice back. Not funny. | |

Learn about lucid dreaming and if you can get it to work, you can bat those nasty dream demons away or use a bazooka if you so wish. | |

Posted: 5/6/2008 5:01:27 PM | I had a weird dream that a big dragon was following me about everywhere I went. It wasn't vicious or anything like that. Actually looked very sad with its head down like a dog does when they are sad. Quite odd!
As for the person who can't sleep and has nightmares, this may be you body waking you up because of low blood sugar levels etc. So avoid things like cheese before you go to bed and maybe try some wholemeal toast or some ham.
Failing that do what I used to do as a small kid. Think of a superhero that can't be beaten, and put them in your dream. Like Superman or Luke Skywalker or anything like that. I used to imagine my bed was surrounded by super heros so nothing could harm me. Sounds daft, but it always worked for me. | |
