There is no going back.. Time as wonderfully labelled and perceived by us humans as it is doesn’t exist. There is only NOW and the wonderful changes that happen now. It might be possible to move forward in time by sleeping or traveling really fast… but once you have gone forward… your still only in the now and there is no going back. | |

If I was the leader of the world... and I was contacted by another race... I would want to tuck that conversation under the rug and kill anyone that wanted to 'break the truth' because that one persons death would save hundreads of thousands / wars from starting.
I'm not going to worry about aliens until one comes and knocks on my door asking if it can hang out... And if it's asking me to hang out, I hope it's Attractive! Hehehe  | |

That being said.. There simply has to be life elsewhere.. barring a very literal translation of the bible... Math and probability point to there being life elsewhere.. but here's the kicker.. we will probably never learn of it cause by the time a civilization has the ability to communicate (radio, e.g.).. they also have the ability to destroy themselves (atomic bomb).. it's all about convergence.. and the two kinda go hand in hand.. communicate trilllions and trillions of miles, blow the shi* outta oneself as well.
I try not to focus on if ther eis other life out there, but rather on my own life.. and sadly, I dont' have much of one. so.... | |
