I am above her but with the top of my head facing her feet. Got that picture in your mind? The rest is easy. Just lots of kissing. It feels different because your are upside down. This makes it easy to suck on someone's top lip. It also makes it easy to gently stroke my partner's neck, sides of her face and hair. Not to mention reaching her upper body.
