Posted: 2/20/2007 7:07:28 AM | I agree that the defination of kinky is up to the individual. Some think that anything other than missionary position sex is kinky and perverted. In fact many states have laws defining oral and anal sex as "deviant sexual conduct"... ie kinky.
Personally I believe that whatever is mutually enjoyable is OK. I will admit that there are some sex practices out there that I personally feel are sick, but that goes back to the individual preferences thing and tolerance for others. The one thing that I will not tolerate or condone in any fashion is sex with a child. No excuse, no way.
Someone made a comment about if your friends think its weird... why are you discussing your sex life with your friends? One of the most intimate things you can do with another person and you are sharing it, bragging rights?
So get your feathers, latex suits or chaps and have fun. Life is too short to worry about what others say. | |

The next time you are watching a movie on television and one of the viewer discretion announcements comes on, pay attention. This movie contains scenes of nudity, violence, course language and human sexuality. Think about that. For a society to operate we need to be civil, no swearing ect...we must refrain from violence and follow the rules but have you every really stopped to think why nudity and sexuality would be in the same list as violence...because control of sexual activity is paramount for a society to operate. Without restrictions, uncnsored sexual behavior leads to anarchy...knowbody knows who's child is who's...more conflicts all around. So we have been indoctrinated to behave in certain ways. When the bedroom door closes though...hey...it can be a free for all. Some would call most behind closed doors activity kinky!!!!!! | |

Posted: 2/20/2007 4:38:23 PM | Just curious. Do most people think kinky is anything sexual related, or are there certain things that fall within 'normal' sex and certain things that fall within 'kinky'.
Well what was seen as kinky some 10 or 20 years ago is now very much common place. For example how many people are into bondage ( tieing your partner up ) as a form of sexual foreplay..? MANY..! Some 20+ years ago it was seen as kinky and even maybe weird bent or just down right twisted. Now its very much common place and personaly I think a little light kink is great in a loving relationship, it bring in the fire and spice that makes love and loving making that much more fun and better....well at least I think so. Kinky has many forms it can be bondage as I said, it could even have spanking your partner in it and it can be role play, or all of them all in one. There is some things that I would call HARD CORE and would not call them kinky, but more down the lines of just plan old sick. But I am not going to get into that stuff. Kinky could be even defined as say.....having your girlfriend dress up and wear a school girls uniform....now that can be very sex...! Or on the flip side you can dress your boyfriend up as french maid and have him serve you breakfast in bed with him all dressed up like that.
As long as it is not harming you or your partner or anyone else, who cares if its fun and you both get a laugh out of it and it hightens your sexual enjoyment then who cares. We are adults but you know its also fun to just play like a kid again with your partner and just get playful and silly in the bedroom. Go for it, you might just find that foreplay will last for many hours and you both get a real charge out of it.
