Try the Paleo diet. Works great, easy, no counting, no measuring, eat as much as you want...it can change your life!
You basically stick to lean meats, fruits, and veggies. No grains or grain-based products, no dairy, no legumes (beans, peas, peanuts,) no starchy tubers (potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams.)

I used to be very thin, size 2, now i have more guys asking me out that I can keep up with....
Most guys like a butt, curves, boobs.....

I prefer a girl with some curves or a lil meat on her, basically feminine, not sticks..
don't care for 'definition' on a girl, but not rolls either
but it seems that those varying ideas of what each means leads to the problems
i've seen numbers of girls on various sites that i would consider perfectly good/normal bodie that put 'few extra pounds' etc, and girls well beyond that point making the same claim, or using 'curvy' and 'voluptuous' sometimes even 'average'
at best its been mis-representative at worst lying or outright delusional
i'm by no means perfect, to quote the dk murphys "i'm definitely not chiseled from stone" but i try to stay realistic about things | |

Average, Curvy, Thin, Athletic, etc., mean nothing other than how YOU view your own body. Everyone has different definations.
Weight however, has a very specific defination....so I suggest to all of you, that you list your weight in your self description....

They were always running alot of the Hammer horror movies and the Edgar Allen Poe ones with Vincent Price where women were always curvy so that pretty much became my baseline for what I found attractive I think. I have a friend that I DJ with at parties,wedding receptions ect. that apparently has issues with women like this. He's forever pointing out some woman saying how she's be really hot except she's too chunky in the thighs or ass and these women always have figures like Linda Carter or something! I've always told him his idea of the perfect figure for a woman is that of a 12 year old boy! | |
