Usually gay bath houses.Yes its a hole in a bathroom stall usually.Some stranger sticks his wanker through it and another stranger services it. LOL I was 17 when I first saw a glory hole in a stall I thought it was a place for toilet paper too; this was in France, a bar where the guys could use the urinal for free, but the stall had to be paid for; the place was filthy, you'd have to be crazy to put your d1ck through it; I doubt anybody goes around cleaning them either.

A glory hole basicaly takes place in public toilets.......a hole is cut out of the toilet wall and when a man or a women goes to the toilet and some dude shuvs his pecker threw the hole and in your face in hope that your goin to play with it lol .............Its growin pretty popular in the UK and America among weirdos!..............There was one that sumone had made at my local swimming pool recently and this guy was praying on kids getting changed shoving his pecker threw the wall or just watching them and a friend of mine who works at the pool caught him watching threw the hole and he sprayed chemicals in his eyes and blinded him!...he said if he had his pecker threw the whole he had scissors and would of cut it off!...........just what people like that deserve i wreckon!
